We had this car in lake Forest Auto Care since June 18th, This car was towed to our shopThe car had no brakes and was leaking fuel from a fuel injectorCustomer call to let us know that the car needs smog check, by 6/23/the car was ready to be pick up and we drove the car to the smog station Golden Wrench AutomotiveAt this time the car pass the smog test The car was already we call the customer service times after 6/23/we where told by [redacted] that Hi was going to pick up the car in a week after 6/23/and then Hi didn't show upWe call him after that day every 8,5,3,15, daysFinally he called to the shop about days later before the car towed to Blair's he said on that phone call that he was going to pick up the car on the following Monday When he called was Thursday, that's why we evenWe thought that he took the carWe just kept the car in the shop for long time just to give him a favorFor more info Please call [redacted] Thanks, [redacted]

 He thought I picked the car up?! Without paying the bill? Does that ever happen?

Review: Car was parked at Lake Forest Auto Care.Was towed by the property owner (not the mechanic).Their reason was "no visible work order" 10 days pass, no notice from mechanic. Certified letter comes from [redacted] They have car, put a lien on it and are selling it next week unless I pay $1,000 Can you please help? [redacted]Desired Settlement: Would like car back and only pay for repairs.
