While they may have credited my account, there is no indication that they have refunded the insurance company for the charge that was already paid. That was clearly requested in my desired resolution. Do they intend to refund the insurance company?

The patient and insurance company will only pay for one blood draw on the patient's account. While it does not yet appear on the patient's printed statement, the charges for the 09/10/15 blood draw have been reversed and insurance will take back their payment. After the insurance company takes back their payment it will be reflected on the patient's statement.
