They falsely get you to sign contract for longer then originally agreed At the time of contract signing, I had agreed to a year contract The representative said he wasn't able to leave a copy of the contract and would send it through an email later that day Today as I'm dealing with trying to cancel the contract, the company is stating that I am locked in for years! They won't let me cancel! The ad has done ABSOLUTELY NOTHING for my businessI haven't received a single call or inquiry from this advertisingI'm spending $on advertising that does nothing for me DO NOT ADVERTISE WITH THIS COMPANY!!! I was featured in a N2 publication in Cordera, Colorado Springs edition. The process was a bit unusual from the start, but went really bad after I received the magazine. The first thing I noticed was that my last name was misspelled in big letters not once, but twice. I am a graphic design professional and was baffled that the most important thing, the featured families name was misspelled??? They did manage to keep in the copy that I wrote, where the name was spelled correctly, in tiny type, which was place directly below the misspelled name. Apparently there is no one editing this publication. Well, I emailed to let them know of their mistake, and was basically attacked for noticing it, by the area directors wife, who is the "creative director" I say that with tongue in cheek, because she is a real estate agent "pretending" to be a creative director. I have worked in the advertising/publishing industry as an art director for 20+ years, and this was a joke. Her husband did call and leave me a message, at this point I was done with the ridiculous situation. Their response after this was to remove me from my neighborhoods mailing list, I have lived here for 7+ years, and I don't think these yahoos even live in my neighborhood. I haven't received a magazine since.... until this month. They made a "feature" family edition where they put all of the families of 2016, in which my family has been left out, we were May. All other families are included. THESE PEOPLE ARE JERKS! I kind of think they may be a little racist too, my story of my family was about my husband being from Syria, and his family is refugee's which have now settled in Germany. They have done their best to leave us out, and our story... but they did manage to include my dermatologist who was a refugee when he was 3 from Vietnam. I guess if I was a derm. I would get a little more respect. I am going to do my best to get this [redacted] magazine which does nothing but isolate people removed from my neighborhood. These people are parasites. the end.

They said they weren't able to leave a copy of the contract and would send it through email later. They now say that we are locked for 3 years! They won't let us change the value of our ad and they won't let us cancel! The ad has done ABSOLUTELY NOTHING for us and is a waste of money. You could spend the same amount on ads elsewhere that will reach thousands of people, this ad reaches maybe a couple hundred. DO NOT ADVERTISE WITH THIS COMPANY!!! They steal your hard earned money and waste your time. The entire company is nothing but a SCAM and they should be ashamed for what they do to small businesses!
