Review: On Feb 5, 2015 I paid Lisa $250 to do my taxes. I had an appointment and waited for 4 hours to sit with her. I sat with her and left with a confirmation my taxes were submitted. I kept receiving emails saying my taxes were not submitted. I called and called the office and no one ever answered. I also email them several times. So I went by the office and the office was closed and a note on the door said they were closed for personal and technical reasons, to leave your name and phone number and they will call you to discuss this. There was a note pad attached to the door with pages and pages of complaints. I left my information and never heard from them. So I called the IRS and they said my taxes were never submitted. I called, emailed and left serval more notes at the office. I ended up doing my taxes myself. The owner Dianna finally called me on March 12, 2015 and left me a voicemail saying that all they needed was my bank account information (which I already gave them) in order to submit my taxes and she didn't know why they were never submitted. She said she didn't want to leave her personal cell number and would call me back. She never called me back so I went to the office again and left a note. I don’t’ know why this place is in business considering their terrible customer service and the fact that they rip people off. Take their money and never file their taxes. I have several pictures of the notepad with complaints of this same thing happening to others. Please stop these ladies $250 is a lot of money to some people.Desired Settlement: I would love to have these ladies refund me the money they took from me. They did not provide any kind of service to me, all they have done is cause me to waste a significant amount of time and money trying to get this taken care of. This has been very stressful with the tax deadline approaching. This place should not be in business.

Review: This tax return firm took my $200 cash with all my family tax information to do my 2014 tax return, but their office is closed few weeks later. No refund or answer the calls. There are more victims like me, never got refund.Desired Settlement: I want to get my document back and refund.

Review: Feb 20, 2015 I had an appt and paid this business $200 to do my taxes. After I paid, they told me their practices recently changed and I had to come back in to finalize(which I thought they could have told me when I made my 1st appt, but they were waiting and telling people after they came in). I asked to make a 2nd appt while I was there since they never answer their phone or email and she said no, just come any day of the week before 6pm. After that I made multiple calls(would just ring & ring & disconnect)and sent emails with no response(trying to see if they were busy before leaving work early again-I had a colleague go and wait 4 hours). I finally just went to the office to find it closed w/ a note that they were closed due to personal and technical reasons, leave your name and number.There was a note pad on the ground with pages and pages of numbers and complaints. I left my info and waited and waited and didn't hear back. I continued to call with no answer or response. At that time I knew I had to get my taxes done elsewhere (because you can't just NOT file your taxes). So, I reached out to someone I knew that was reliable to do them. I finally heard from the receptionist who asked why I left my number on the piece of paper? Shocked, I told her they had been non responsive after I had paid them and closed when I tried to come back in. She asked if I could come the following week and I asked how I knew they would even be open still? She said to call before (I told her that doesn't work because they don't answer). I then told her I already reached out to someone else that I knew would actually do my taxes for me, because it appeared their business had shut down. She assured me the new owner would call me the following week. I never heard from the new owner, have called/emailed/and left work early to go to the office 3 more times(always closed) & left notes under the door. I have STILL heard nothing.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund of the $200 this business took from me with no service provided. Tax season is now over and I had to submit my taxes elsewhere to be done by the filing deadline. Through this experience I left work early multiple times (losing more money) always found their business closed, I have been unable to get in contact with them throughout this whole process and they have been extremely unresponsive through my multiple attempts . I feel like this whole experience was a significant waste of time and money ($200 is a lot to me). This business by far has the worst business practices and customer service I have ever come across and I am unsure how they are even in business. Obviously the multiple pages of complaints shows that I was not the only one this affected. I have photographs if needed. Thank you in advance for your time.

Review: last feb 2015 I make an appointment to file my income tax and they took my personal information and after they took my info they took my $ 200.00 dlrs fee to file the tax even the taxes is not finalize yet they told they will call me for the second interview to finalize my taxes. but up to this moment they havent call me for the second interview and when I go back to thier office to check what is going on the office is empty I dont know what is going on I need my money back.Desired Settlement: alli need is to get my money back cash I had the receipt.

Review: This place charge me in advance for tax services ($160). They asked me to come back and file with an appointment, when I showed up the place was being investigated by IRS Agents. I attempted to cantact them and visit the business and it closed. I have a receipt for the payment and nobody to claim my money to.Desired Settlement: $160 dollars for a refund. A service charged that was never completed.
