I had taken my car to L&M Autobody Shop on March 4, 2014 to have the front bumper repaired and fender replaced. I went to pick my car up on March 10,2014.As I'm walking to the car I had already noticed something on the bumper. I went inside the shop and told the lady name [redacted] that I wasn't happy with the bumper. She then walked outside to look at it. As [redacted] was walking away she was shaking my head. She went to get the painter. The guy takes my car in does something to the spot. Then he applied some paint cover-up to the spot. It looked ok be because the car was dirty. On Wednesday March 12, 2014 my husband wipes the car off with a dry cloth and he noticed that paint was already chipping off the bumper. I takes my car back to L&M and spoken with [redacted] letting her know I had only had my car for three days and the paint is already chipping. She goes and have the painter to put some more touch-up paint on the chipping part on the bumper. She stated that she cant guarated the painted but I can keep coming back to have it fixed. She was basically making excuses. I told her I shouldn't haven't to keep coming back; it should've been done right the first time. I asked could I have my money back to take my car and have it fixed right somewhere else. [redacted] said that she couldn't give my money back. So I ended up calling my insurance company letting them know what was happening. They advised me to ask her to repaint the whole bumper or to call Revdex.com. I asked [redacted] could she repaint the whole bumper, she stated the bumper looked great to her. I told her I wasn't happy at all with work and I will not be coming back to keep getting that spot repaired.Desired SettlementMy insurance company sent a check to L&M Autobody Shop in the amount of $441.00. I have to pay $500.00 out of pocket.
