L & B Water Services

Poor, expensive service! Received a bill (with travel expenses added) for an incomplete service.
Would not recommend L&B Water Services.

I had a great experience with this company. I was out of water and the boys who came to pull my pump were professional, quick and kind.
They also replaced my tank in the basement and did a much neater job than it was originally. I would definitely recommend!

Cleaned the tank well. Arrived nice & early. Disappointed the billing wasn’t explained very well. Only told about the $185/hr. Didn’t know they would charge to bring their equipment too. Figured that should be common sense. For $779, thought they could also dispose of all the debris they found in my water tank too. Left the pile on my driveway for me to figure out. My husband called to discuss the 1st bill of $858 with them (equipment charge got dropped), fellow on the phone mumbled *** before hanging up.
Won’t be using them again or recommending L&B Water Services.
