Review: L and B came to our home and replaced the windshield. We went on a trip, and the windshield started coming out. We were forced to pay for the repair while out of town. When I contacted L and B numerous times and left messages, they did not return calls at all.Desired Settlement: I would like to be reimbursed for the $41 that we spent to repair the inadequate windshield replacement.
Review: L & B Enterprises installed a windshield in my 2005 [redacted] on 5/14/2013. Within days the stripping around the window came apart. We phoned L & B Enterprises multiple times without response. When after 6 weeks we get a return phone call they said they would be at our residence on a certain day to fix it and never showed up or called. We took the car to another place to have it fixed as it could not be driven as it was and were told they would not take the liability to fix it as the windshield would have to come out and be reinstalled and we should contact whoever installed it. We again called L & B Enterprises multiple times and have not received any response.Desired Settlement: We would like a refund as they never came to fix the windshield and my wife took the day off when they were supposed to show without pay and then they never showed and made no effort to contact us since.
