L & L Fabrication

Review: I purchased a product from the L&L Fabrication website on March 8, 2014. I exchanged emails with the owner, Christopher L[redacted], regarding delivery times which he assured me would be no longer than 6 weeks. After exchanging a few brief emails he stopped responding to my communications including the companies, and Christopher's personal facebook page. Every time he responded to an email it was always an excuse as to why the product hadn't been delivered yet. I have asked for the product I ordered several times, and have even requested a refund with no response.Desired Settlement: I would like the product I paid for, or a full refund of $275.

Review: In March of 2014 I contacted L&L Fabrications in reference to a winch bumper offered on their website. I was told I could place a payment through paypal to his website landlfabrications.com for the bumper I requested. I was told there was 9 week wait time. I contacted him via email for information regarding the status of my order around the 9 week time. I was unsuccessful in getting a response for about a week. I finally did get a response that he was really backed up and that it was close to being completed. About another month went by and I tried contacting them again. I was told they were still backed up and were trying to catch up on orders. For the last month now I have been trying to get a hold of them for a refund or my bumper and have been unsuccessful in getting an kind of response.Desired Settlement: I would like to either have my bumper that I paid for or at the very least I would like my money back.

Review: I placed an order with LandL Fabrication for a front bumper on March 22,2014 for $400.00. Chris notified me of 10+ waiting period and I agreed, telling him I had a trip for planed in 12 weeks and would like it before then. Chris told me he could get me the bumper by then. I emailed him in 10 weeks asking for an update and he said he was doing all he could to have it out in time. A month goes by and I notice the website and Facebook for Land L Fabrication no longer exists so I get concerned. I contact Chris and he tells me he shut them down so he could get caught up on orders. Another month goes by and I ask chris for an update which he takes him a week to reply and says he added a tracking number for my bumper to paypal. I kept checking for a tracking number but never found it so I contacted Chris 3 weeks later. He doesn't reply to my emails until I threaten to contact my credit card company and paypal. He said he shipped the wrong order and will ship mine as soon as possible. He also said he will keep me up to date from then on. I hadn't heard from him so I emailed him on Oct. 1 asking for and update with no response. I have now emailed hime 6 times in the past 2 weeks asking for a refund with no reply. I gave the guy a fair chance to be honest and communicate with me but with his website being down and not being able to contact him I need my money back. I have every email I have ever sent and received from christopher and paypal receipt if you need it.Desired Settlement: I would like Christopher Leonard to refund my $400.00 and subtract the $11.90 fee he had to pay on paypal.
