L & B Home Improvements, Inc.

We have hired L & B Home Improvements for the last 3 years. We have given multiple jobs of our own, private and rental properties. We have referred him to many family members and friends. Over the last year and half, he has done projects and has not finished. He had us pay him in full under the impression that it would be finished the following week. It has been just enough money not to hire a lawyer. We have a shed that he owes us light fixtures for and mounting. Our most recent is a rental property that we payed him for that was supposed to take 3 weeks. It took him 2.5 months. After 2.5 months I had to hire a separate contractor to finish the work. I lost rent money among other losses on this project. He is still trying to claim we owe him money for the work he did not complete. My brother in law has payed for work that he has not completed in over a year for a renovation on his basement. A friend of ours still has some odds and ends that they paid in full and haven't seem him back in 2 years. He starts jobs very motivated and makes alot of promises that in the end he does not fulfill.

I want to put the word out there about his company. Hopefully, this will also spark him to finish the jobs of others before he starts a new one.
