Review: I took two garments to this dry cleaner. The first is a dress which came back stretched out and with more stains. The cleaner tried to remove the stains and caused more damage to the dress which resulted in lint balls and distressed material. The other garment was a dress shirt with some small stains on the front. The stains were not even worked on and were still there at pickup. After comlaining about the condition of the garments the owner denied he could even see the stains but another customer could easily see them. I refused to pay until the shirt was cleaned and the dress paid for to be repaired. The police were called and I was accused of theft. I had not left the store so how could I steal. The bottom line is they are not good at their job and did not want to do it to begin with. I was told by the officer that he tried and I had to pay him for the effort. The results do not matter. I was advised to take the matter to small claims court. I would not recommend this business to anyone unless you do not care about the clothes you are leaving with them. Basically I paid to have garments not cleaned and damaged. I could have done that for free and by my self.Desired Settlement: I want $40 for the dress (that's what I paid when I bought it)and $9 clenning fee(non cleaning, damaging). I also expect an apology for his rudeness. I want him to take responsibility. This is not a hillbilly town.
