This is about the fifth time that I have been to this gas station where the employees leave a note on the door “be back in 10 minutes” yet I’ve waited 23 minutes and still no employee has come to attend customers I’ve watched multiple cars and customers leave because again no one is there to attend them store hours says they should be open until 10 PM yet at 7:15 no one is there to help again this is happened on multiple occasions Something must be done about this location!
I am in receipt of a letter that was delivered to Kwik Fill, located at 1155 Hudson Ave. inRochester, New York. The date of your letter was February 3, 2020 and detailed a complaint that youwere investigating regarding a sign on the door stating "be back in 10 minutes". We take all complaintsvery seriously and wanted to thoroughly investigate the allegations that are involved in this complaint.Our investigation revealed that Ms. had to wait a total of 17 minutes while our employee used therestroom. This particular shift has only one employee on duty. Upon our investigation it was ·determined that the particular employee on duty suffers from gastritis and has been moved to a shiftmore appropriate to his or her needs.Additionally, Ms. only contact with our company was via our website 011 February 2, 2020 andwe responded to her on February 3, 2020 stating that we would have the situation addressed by theDistrict Manager, which we have done.If you require any additional materials or have any additional questions that you think that I maybe able to answer for you, please do not hesitate to contact me.Sincerely, United Refining company Leota M Customer Service Representative
