tires are items that cannot be refunded once driven on and or has damages*** purchased a set of inch rims including 255/30/tires for his
vehicle with an understanding that he was going to install a lift kit for his vehicle*** damaged tires from installing the tires without the lift kit so we cannot exchange the damage tiresalso we provided the tire size based on his requesthe specific requested for 255/330/tiresKustom car toys would of gladly exchanged the tires had if no damages where present

We have a perfect record as for business practiceFor someone to pick on other topic, other then the main issue is not a good argument point!

At first *** stated that the tires where never driven on or touched the roadThen on his response he states the tires where rolled on the ground but without any pressureI am not sure what he means by without any pressureI am not claiming something that is notI am stating the factsAnd I hope Mr *** would state the facts, not try to create an elusion that we sold the wrong itemsThis can be solved once for all, *** bring back the tires let me take pictures of the damages you have created, ill post them on this site for others to witness your lies!
However as we have stated, we would have been very happy to replace the tires if it did not show any damage signs

The unit is 129.99 it also includes installation. This DOES not include any other accessories they may need. This is also printed on the flyer with description of the unit.
If the customer responded that she has a factory radio installed then she would need the dash kit and wiring kit for that specific car.
All of our radios include FREE installation if purchased from us. WE WOULD INSTALL THE UNIT FOR FREE. However extra parts are extra!

Nice to see that you remember me now. I gave the make AND model of his vehicle and asked if I would need anything else to have this installed in his car. You said I would not need anything else but the cd player. That was clearly a lie. I can buy this player at a Wal Mart for $75. Yet you sold it to me for $130 under the pretense that I wouldn't need anything else for it and installation would be included. I just want a refund at this point. I do not want to hash out who said what. The bottom line is that I was ripped off and lied to by your business and I want my money back. You sold me the player in the first place. You know that you misleaded me into buying it from you. You knew I would need extra parts and lied to me and said I would not need anything else for this player. The right thing to do is to refund my purchase and take the player back and we both know it.
