Ms*** purchased an Chevrolet on Nov 23, for $4,600.00. The car came with a day 50-guaranty meaning that the drive train was covered for thirty days or miles. She stated that the transmission was "going out". we referred her to precission
transmission. They indicated that there was a malfunction code for the transmission. We agreed to honor the warranty and pay halfof the repair. This was what our warranty states and she agreed to it. We are honoring our warranty and there is no agreement that provides for a refund of the purchase price
In addition we gave Ms *** a special price since we know her father

Tell us why here...We, Kugman Inc, never sold Mr*** a Cadillac. We sold him a Cadi CTS on 2/27/2017. It was repossessed due to failure to provide car insurance and delinquency on 07/29/2016. When the car was repossessed my tow driver told me it had front end
damage. Mr*** had attempted to make an insurance claim for this accident .This damage was pre-existing to the repo. We are not proceeding with any suit or effort to collect a deficiency balance. We are showing the account closed

Ms*** just left our office and I was able to explain the situation to her satisfaction. Like most disputes this was the result of miscommunication between us, Kugman Inc, the insurance co and Ms ***. It is my understanding that all issues have been resolved and Ms
*** is satisfied with the results. Her credit report has been corrected by us and we value her business very much.Sincerely,*** ***Kugman Inc

Ms [redacted] purchased an 04 Nissan Armada on Feb 18, 2014 with a 30 day 50/50 power train warranty i.e. engine, transmission, drive train. The vehicle was financed by us for Ms. [redacted]. This vehicle was repossessed on 2/4/2015 due to payment...

default 2 months delinquent. At the time of repossession the vehicle was being driven by a Mr. [redacted] without car insurance and without a valid drivers' license. He was not on the loan and we were told by him the [redacted] had suffered a stroke and was incapacitated and could not speak.
