Kublai Khan Restaurant

Made a purchase on the evening of 12/17/15. The order was submitted online. The order that I received was incorrect. I contacted the restaurant to inform them that my order was not correct. After being interrogated over the phone, I was told to bring the order back the next day. I did just that, only to be met with a refusal to remedy my problem. I was told, by management, that there was nothing they could do because they made the order correctly. In fact, I was told that one of the managers had personally made my order and there was no way that it was not right. They went on further to say that my coworker, who had picked up the order for me, had made a mistake and switched the bowls. I explained to them that I had already spoken to her before calling the location. She pulled over, checked her order and it was correct. They responded by, in essence, calling her a liar and refused to take any responsibilty for their mistake. They went on to say that I should have brought in both bowls. I again attempted to get them to apply logic and common sense. If my coworker, who picked up both orders, had gotten the wrong bowl, why would she keep it and not either bring it to me ir the restaurant. The difference in our orders was quite noticeable. When it was determined that no one at the location could help me, I asked for any contact information for any other level of management/ownership who coukd assist me. I was told that there was no one by Judith I[redacted], who was the same manager on duty when my order was placed. I discontinued any conversation with the two managers on site and began my attempts to contact corporate, first by phone and secondly by email. There is no answer at the phone number listed, it goes straight to voicemail. As I'm typing my email to corporate, I am then offered the name of the owner. It is at this time when I learn the names on the management staff "helping" me. At no time prior was I given the courtesy of a formal introduction, only a resistance to dinding a remedy to their mistake. It has been 24 hrs since I made a food purchase and have yet to have eaten it. There was no such confusion when my payment was accepted. I failed to mention that it took over 30 minutes to fill the irder, because initially, my coworker's order had to be made again because it too was incorrect. This has been my only experience with this establishment, and it most definitely will be my last. There is no other acceptable remedy other than my refund being issued. I will never eat there again, and at this point, I wouldn't accept a bowl a week, for life from this business.Desired SettlementI am seeking a refund of my purchase.
