December 10, 2015Dear ***,The above referenced customer called us on September 22, and placed an order for a *** Hydraulic Motor, Part # ***On October 5, the customer called stating that the motor was leakingWe asked the customer to return the *** motor so we could evaluate
/ inspect it to determine the cause of the leakAt this time RGA # *** was issued to the customerWe received to motor back in early DecemberUpon inspecting and testing the motor, we found a damaged seal due to a foreign contaminant that was in the oil used by the customer, We told the customer we would replace the seal free of charge as an act of goodwill and *** said "NO, we do not want the motor." We have been in business for over years and have NEVER received a Revdex.com complaintWe have grown our business based on Superb customer serviceI will reimburse the customer the $knowing that this customer's contaminated oil damaged the motor.Regards,Steve S.Owner

so we could evaluate / inspect it to determine the cause of the leak. At this time RGA # [redacted] was issued to the customer. We received to motor back in early December. Upon inspecting and testing the motor, we found a damaged seal due to a foreign contaminant that was in the oil used by the customer, We told the customer we would replace the seal free of charge as an act of goodwill and [redacted] said "NO, we do not want the motor." We have been in business for over 30 years and have NEVER received a Revdex.com complaint. We have grown our business based on Superb customer service. I will reimburse the customer the $115.60 knowing that this customer's contaminated oil damaged the motor.Regards,Steve S.Owner
