To whom it may concern: Unfortunately I was unaware of the issues that occurred between Chesney D*** (Designer) and *** *** Our social media manager received a message on September 7th stating, "Hi, I have a question about the work provided by one of your designers for our
bathroom remodel What is the best way to get in touch with someone about our situation?" The Social Media Coordinator sent the message to Chesney and she responded to the client We are unclear why *** *** did not call the office directly We have gone through our phone records and have no messages in our call log on 8/31, 9/or 9/ Only the Facebook message from 9/ We did not complete the job for *** *** and will be refunding $as she requested This is the first time there has been a request to refund the money

I reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find the resolution is satisfactory to me. I am attaching documentation to show that we emailed KP Design and Associates twice at the email provided on their website and received no response. In the Facebook messenger messages I specifically asked to discuss the matter with Ms. P[redacted] and was told that she had been notified of this request.
