To Whom It May Concern:My name is *** ***, the General Manager of the Rodeway Inn Ocean View in Atlantic City.I am writing this letter in response to complain made by one of the guest, her name is *** * ***She claims that she stayed in room on July 26th, and she says that
the room has so many problemsIf she was not satisfied with the stay she should have complained when she checked in the room, we would have refunded the money backAlso according to the account number that was stated on the letter is not on her nameThe room was under ***, *** ** She also claims that she paid more than what her receipt states, but we have the folio that ***, *** * signed stating that he didn’t pay more than $We are going to send the copy of the folio that was signed by *** *** **Sincerely,*** *** General Manager

No I'm sorry but he didn't even did half of the job plus th pluming he did was not good I have water any where I have to call a pluming and shut off the water and the plumbing guy told me and made a recipe that who did the plumbing they did not know nothing about plumbing and I can have a real contractor to estimate what he did and trust me is not even *** *** dollars worth it plus he damage my place

I would like very much to see receipts as I have a hard time even seeing *** let alone *** My attorney will be filing papers in court for money back as well as for the stolen toolsAlso we asked for one extra light to be installed that was the only thing addedWhat I asked for in the beginning is not what I have now! I not sure if he thought that because I am a *** woman he could take advantage of me or what, but I won't stand by and allow anyone to treat me and by business this way!
