Might Be Scamming People
I ordered from KNK over 2 months ago was charged & received the confirmation email then received the shipping email (weeks later). Tried tracking ordered but says it hasn't been shipped yet (even after owner sent shipped email with number). Attempted to email owner a few more times since it's been weeks since I received my last email, and of course no response there, or on Instagram, or on Facebook either, at least not yet. Since my order, seems the website is down along with no phone number to contact. Just want my order or a refund.

------ Forwarded message ----------From: Kimberly K[redacted] <knkweldinghats@[redacted].com>Date: Thu, Jan 5, 2017 at 4:23 AMSubject: KNK Welding Hats Case #[redacted]To: [redacted]@myRevdex.com.orgHi [redacted], I apologize for not getting back with you sooner. I have been suffering from diabetic...

neuropathy for several weeks now. I did receive the complaint but this mn was the least of my concerns. Well, we've been here before, haven't we. If you recall, I provide custom made to order garments for welders in the manufacturing industry. When a client orders a cap from us, they are purchasing a custom, sewn to order, sewn to their exact measurement garment. That being said, we have that information on every single product, on every single page, of our website. We have an extensive terms and conditions section that explains this as well. We say it once again at checkout, as we do not want the customer to misunderstand the fact that we are manufacturing custom merchandise exclusively for them. This is important, as customers can mistake that items should be there lightening fast. I can provide this information a million times, but I cannot make the customer actually READ IT. There in lies the problem. When the customer submits their order to us, each and every order has an estimated completion date for the custom work. You cannot bypass this on our website. It must be check marked to place the order. [redacted] had the completion date of __________________.Upon payment of the order, the customer then receives a follow up email, once again, letting them know that they need to look over the sizing, addresses, etc. to make sure all is correct. Custom means custom here.. If it isn't exactly what they ordered it doesn't leave. It will be adjusted and remade if necessary. We have built an incredibly strong presence among our clients and within the welding industry based upon our high quality merchandise and stellar customer service. In his case, we were actually running a day behind, (we DO say ESTIMATED for a reason here) and the order was bagged up and left for the post office, where he received a tracking number. [redacted] then continues to badger me about the order, start calling me a liar, a thief, etc.. the usual mud singing that you get from these welders.. not a real nice crowd as you recall from previous issues we've had. Even after that, because at that point he hadn't started swearing at me yet, I continued to answer him about the whereabouts of his merchandise. I too noticed that according to the tracking number, the package wasn't moving and after several attempts to call the post office, I went down in person. Due to the massive amounts of packages we send, we use the back dock doors for drop off. They sweep the area for a missing bucket and low and behold, the bucket was there in the corner and was returned to us, because now, the post office will not accept them because the labels are now over 5 days old. I've argued this before, but its pointless.. their mistake, but I have to now issue new labels and relabel all the packages and run them back to be delivered. At this point [redacted] has begun issuing threats of "putting me on blast"  (which he actually did on social media channels) and accuses me of fraud and swearing at me (I can find the screenshots if you want them) and at that point, as I have said in the past, once you swear at me and threaten me, we are done. I mark them as spam, and I block them. I removed his package from the crate after letting him know to file for non receipt with his CC company. And that was that. He files a fraudulent complaint with his card saying he never authorized the purchase and proceeds to have the claim denied because they can tell that he did. In the meantime, he and a friend of his (and now former client of mine as well) from New Jersey publicly announce their intentions to ride their motorcycles to my shop and threaten me with physical violence and how he is going to get his money from me one way or the other. Now I don't know about you, [redacted], but in this day in age I feel like even though this guy is nothing short of a complete and utter joke to everyone around him, I am obligated to take this mn seriously. My attorney has taken steps to file for terroristic threats and harassment (I believe) with the State of Texas and the State of New Jersey against these two. (Screen shots of violent threats available if you need them.) This is exactly why I no longer engage them once they start swearing. They aren't looking for resolutions, they are looking for a fight because they are pathetic, weak minded mns, and I do not have the time or energy for this kind of ridiculousness. He also then filed a false complaint with the Revdex.com with his fantastical story of theft, drama, oh my, how he has been wronged by this seamstress... PA-LEASE. Do yourself a favor and look at his facebook page so you can see the kind of ae you're dealing with. He even fancies himself a MERCINARY. LOL. Go look and have a great big laugh at this blowhard like everyone else around him. However, there is the matter of his money. Once his claim was denied, he sheepishly wrote back into me, with a much better attitude this time about his money. I'm guessing he was being "fake nice" because it was his intention to submit his additional correspondence to the Revdex.com. But, whatever. I let him know that I'd be happy to refund him personally, a last ditch effort to smooth things over with this customer who put up blatant lies about KNK on [redacted], etc. I can provide a screenshot of the refund if you need. He still had it in his head that he was getting his hats.. goes to show you he doesn't bother to read, just reacts. I made it clear weeks ago they weren't coming and further orders would not be accepted from him or his buddy in Jersey. Like I said, I cannot make people read. I also cannot make people who want to be angry change their minds. As for my professionalism, again, we don't take verbal abuse and threats of violence for any reason. If that's unprofessional then so be it. Thank you for your consideration [redacted]. I'll send a screenshot of the refund.
