Dec15 order Horrible response!
I placed an order on December 15 and we are now in a new month making it a month in and I still have yet to receive my shoe which was placed to be received before Xmas. I have sent
Multiple emails to customer service and all I get is the same automated response of the order needing more time to ship out! I can’t even cancel my order and just continue to wait for something that should have taken 5-7 business day.
They were quick to remove my money from account the same day it was purchased but they aren’t able to keep me updated on the status of when my shoes will deliver.
An all hyped up store to be handling online orders like these is really unprofessional in their part. They don’t even give me the option to cancel my order . I will never ever order from then again.

Placed an order for Xmas delivery on December 14th. Received package after xmas so I refused it. It was sent back to KITH and received on December 28th. Today is January 8th I have sent 4 emails and tried calling no one answers the line. My purchase was $400 not an email not a phone call nothing. I will never shop at KITH again. Worst customer service I've ever experienced. Were do I got from here?

Review: Online shop had a link for shoes then upon checkout, was actually a 100$ gift card that they said was nonrefundable

Also, had a product for New balance 997s. I ordered it. Few hours later I emailed customer service email multiple times to cancel order. Tried calling their customer service number but no answer. The next day, I send another email to confirm my cancellation. A few hours later, they send me shipping confirmation of this item. I reply to them that I cancelled this item the day before. They reply that all sales are final on this item. I reply that NOWHERE on the site says that this item is a final sale item. They have not replied since.Desired Settlement: I want refund of the gift card and of price of this item.

Review: I placed an order with Kith on June [redacted] around 1 am for a pair of sneakers. I received a confirmation e-mail, confirming my purchase (a copy is pasted below). After fulfilling the requirements for contract formation in NY State, I received an e-mail this morning (6/**/13) at 11:40 that my purchase would not be honored - not because of a lack of supply. Kith claimed that they were unable to fulfill the order because "online orders were not allowed" however, the website is set up in a manner that clearly allows orders online for some sneakers and not others. Moreover, when I arrived in-person at the store, I was told the sneakers had sold out. Since the store had only opened at 10 am and my order was placed a full 9 hours before, I found this situation irreconcilable. By the time the e-mail had been sent, the sneakers had been sold out for over an hour from various other outlets, which provided me no opportunity to find another source to obtain the footwear.Desired Settlement: I paid consideration and fulfilled the various requirements for contract formation under NY law. I am seeking specific performance where Kith will deliver a pair of the sneakers ordered OR provide me with damages sufficient to purchase the pair at its fair market value (which currently exceeds the purchase price).

Good afternoon,

I am sorry for the late response, but I was just brought a complaint with ID #[redacted] from our Brooklyn storefront. I wanted to get this taken care of as quickly as possible.

The claim states that [redacted] ordered a pair of sneakers off of our website and received both a confirmation email, followed by an email voiding this order. As far as confirmation emails go, that is an automated email sent when our system receives an order. I posted the product at Midnight the [redacted] as "In Store Only," and when I went to mark the product as sold out in our stores at around 11 am I saw this order and I personally sent the email to him from our [redacted] account saying that it is voided because we are not authorized to sell NIKE product online.

He is correct in that we do set up the website where some products are available for purchase online and some are not. KITH is not an authorized online NIKE retailer, therefore these shoes are not available for purchase online. NIKE product is shown on our site as "In Store Only" or "Phone Orders Accepted." Our website was setup with a custom configuration that will show "In Store Only" in the drop box that normally has available sizes. The NIKE Lebron X QS EXT that [redacted] ordered was one of these products under this configuration, so when [redacted] ordered he did not specify a size and he essentially added "In Store Only" into is cart. In addition to this, "In Store Only" was not only written in the drop box where you select a size, but also in the actual description of the product. Our IT department has told me that there is no way to order a product with this tag other than for the system to be hacked into, which is something that we now feel obligated to look into to avoid this in the future. Also, I have contacted our website and our company that handles our online credit purchases and they've explained to me that his transaction never got through the "pending" process, so he should have his funds already from this transaction.

We will make sure to do whatever we can on our end to assure we tighten our online security, but unfortunately with the resale prices of some of the sneakers we carry, these sort of acts occur rather frequently.

Review: I went to kith to purchase a pair of shoes. I put the size 5 shoes in my cart and go to check out. My cart says they are in there. But when I check out it sells me a $100 gift card instead of the shoes that I want to purchase. I've tried multiple times to contact kith to correct this problem and refund my money. But they don't answer any calls or emails. They are a horrible store to deal with. If I'm stuck using this gift card it will be my last purchase with them.Desired Settlement: I would like to get a refund to my credit card. I did not want to purchase a gift card. I wanted to purchase a pair of shoes.

Review: I have purchased many shoes from this store over the last couple of years online without any issues. However, recently I have made three purchases in the last three months and the product I have purchased has visible scratches and defects. I have contacted them initially on Sept [redacted] about a return of the items and they did not respond to me until Sept [redacted] (8 days later). I communicated I have pictures if they need picture evidence and all the are willing to do is give me a 25$ partial refund or only taking back one of the pairs. I did not even receive any shipping slip or anything for the one they agreed they will take back . It is now Sept [redacted] and my issue still has no resolve nor have I received any direct communication regarding the manner. I called their customer service number and no one ever picks it up. I honestly feel like I am being shamed.Desired Settlement: I would simply be able to return the shoes and obtain a refund.

Review: On 7/** I made a purchase at Kith from their online store. The purchase was for a pair of Adidas shoes priced at $142.00 USD. Upon receiving the shoes and inspecting them they appeared to have several creases as well as other imperfections. I also noticed the Adidas box itself was damaged and bent in which forced me to conclude the box was crushed before the shoes were shipped because the cardboard box the shoes were shipped in was in perfect condition. Not even 15 minutes after receiving the delivery and noticing the issues I contacted the company by email to explain the situation. They were very quick with an email response which I really appreciated. The email assured me that the shoes were new and in the box and that I could return them for a full return because they could not replace them. I replied

"I understand the the shoes are suppose to be brand new in the box. Unfortunately it looks likes the box was crushed before it was shipped. The Adidas box has a major dent in it. The shoes do not look like they were worn at all. But this doesn't change the fact that somehow the shoes got damaged inside in the box. I am not interested in returning them unless an exchange is available. I am attaching pictures along with this email. You tell me if you think these shoes are in new condition. I have taken pictures of both the damaged Adidas box and the shoes. For $142.00 USD I expect these shoes to be in new condition."

I decided to send them pictures of the shoes and box in another email follow up to show exactly how damaged they were to see if they still thought the condition was "new" after viewing the pictures. This was their response

"So sorry about that! Can we offer you a $25 online store credit good up to one year on your next purchase?"

I sent them nine different pictures detailing several different parts of the shoe and shoebox that were damaged. With their email response above they clearly agreed something was wrong with the shoes and offered me a certificate. I sent a reply email back to them and told them that I really appreciate their offer but I would really like to discuss this matter by phone. Also in this email I explained to them that I did not want a refund I wanted the shoes to be replaced because I would never be able to purchase them again. These shoes were very limited. To this day I never received a reply back or a phone call like a I requested.

I sent this email asking them to contact me on consecutive days with no response at this time of this letter. They were very quick to respond to my other emails within minutes, but when I requested to speak to them by phone or to even follow up with the certificate they never contacted me.Desired Settlement: I want the shoes I ordered replaced in new condition. These shoes were limited availability and I can not purchase these anywhere else maybe never. I'm sorry but $25 certificate does not cover the damage of the shoes. For that amount of money and the condition described on the website they were not worth the full amount $142.00 USD. Would you expect to pay full price on a car with several scratches and dents in the car? What exactly is the value of a limited item that can not replaced? Surely not a $25 certificate to make another purchase at this store. Why would I want to spend more of my money at Kith a place that did not even inspect the items that they sent me before they were delivered. This is very unprofessional. It seems the F grade they have on the Revdex.com website is well deserved.
