They inquired about a refund and I called them on 2/2/17 and explained no refund but they could use it for another date or if a friend or relative needed a date at the hall that could be used as their dep. (of course meaning the people would then give them that money instead of giving it to us) I am sorry if she thought I was yelling ( was not) I had people that I was working with and made the conditions clear although she did not want to leave it at that. I don't think anyone would give up cash without knowing the terms. I apologize to them for the misunderstanding but I do go over the contract carefully before accepting check, cash or money order.Also, any amount can be paid at any time until 1 wk to 10 days prior to event when we know exactly what the full bill would be and then total is due.
