I purchased a groupon for this location to have an remote starter put in a veh There was fine print that indicated additional charges for certain things I called the company to set up an appointment to have a remote starter installed At that time I was surprised to be told that there was an additional charge of dollars for a vehicle of the type and model and year that I gave themAs this was a gift, I had given the dollars to the receiver to have the starter installed I looked back and found that there was indeed a surcharge on vehicles requiring an additional unitHowever when the gift recipient brought the car for the installation she was told that there was an additional dollars on top of the dollars This was after I had given the person at the store all of the information on the vehicle and was told that there was a $ charge As there is again something written in the fine print about a vehicle with a push button startI believe that this business has met the letter of the law, but by the way that they actually interact with the public they use deceptive business practicesI will have to have the vehicle remote start installed, but now find that I could have done so with less expense, time and aggravation
