King Builders came to me after a hail storm and walked me through the process of filling a claimThey took care of everything for meAll I had to do was talk one time to my insurance companyAfter everything was settled the work was scheduledThey call me a day ahead of schedule and told me work had startedBy the time I got home from work I was pleasantly surprise with a new roofAll was clean up and nothing to do but enjoy my new roofI would highly recommend King Builders to anyone

After reviewing the emails submittedOn 10/18/2017 chad asked king builders for a contract with pricing and the work order.10/21/2017 chad forwarded king builders the insurance company paperwork & in another email he is questioning where is the contract.10/27/2017 chad sent another follow up email questioning about the same thing.11/06/2017 king builders sent him the estimate to approve with the pricing and work order but never received any response until 03/21/2017.On 03/21/2017 chad sent the email and tried to cancel king public adjuster contract. Which is refused by public adjuster.Again chad was offered that if he approves the king estimate we will finish the job but chad refused and told that he has legal representative to handle this case. So I can not offer or talk on this matter any more and our legal counsel will get in touch with Chad's legal representative for a resolution of this matter.Best Regards,Adnan

I am rejecting this response because again my request for a separate contract detailing costs, required material and completion time for the work was never sent as agreed upon.    I have now submitted a formal complaint to the Illinois Attorney General and have secured formal legal counsel to go forward.

I am Adnan [redacted] (representing King Builders and Services Inc.) First of all the complaint was with the wrong sales person name. I never did the sales work with King Builders and Services, I handle the production portion. The customer is complaining that he had tried to contact us multiple times but...

that was all done before we even received any paperwork from the insurance company. We were not able to discuss any details of the project until the insurance estimate is received by King Builders. So we setup the apt to meet on 10-13-2017 at 12PM and I personally went over there and asked if chad [redacted] (customer) has the paperwork and I need a copy of the paperwork before I can discuss the details. Chad said he will forward me the copy of the estimate but he discussed with me verbally what he is expecting us to do. Chad [redacted] forwarded us the copy of the estimate and was expecting us to give him an estimate with the additional work he is requesting. We prepared an estimate according to his wish and forwarded him on 11-06-2017. Since then chad [redacted] didn't respond to our email and now on 03-21-2017 he is requesting us to cancel the contract. Chad [redacted] never asked us before 03-21-2017 that he wants us to provide him with a time frame for completion of the job. He only asked us to provide him with an estimate initially which we did but he never responded to that and all of his attempts to contact us were before that submission of the estimate. Now since he has a legal representation I can not talk to him directly to resolve the issue and have forwarded his file to King Builders attorney and the matter is in handled from here onwards by our legal counsel. The check that I was issued bounced (NSF) and I was then charged banking fees on top top of the refund. After two phone calls they returned my call and are working to get me a cashiers check or money order by Monday 1/19/15. This case is not resolved, I wanted to respond before the 10 day period I had to do so.

King Builders and Services (Palatine, IL) did an excellent job in replacing our 35 year old aluminum siding with vinyl siding. As part of their team, they have an adjustor who did all the negotiations with our insurance company which made life much easier for me and my wife. They handled the work permit and scheduling inspections. The first day of the job was devoted to tearing off the old siding, insulating, and installing a moisture barrier. The second day finished all but the gutter areas and eave inspection. The third day wrapped up what turned out to be a headache-free job. We are very pleased with the work King Builders and Services performed and highly recommend them. I am a satisfied customer in Schaumburg Illinois.

This team always remained in contact with me throughout the process and responded promptly to every phone call. There was never any hint or attempt to pressure the sale, which I greatly appreciated. Their siding and gutter installers were fast, professional, and polite. There were a few areas on my house exterior not part of their responsibility that they pointed out as in need of repair for my awareness. They even worked over a holiday weekend! I'm very satisfied with their work and recommend King.

Received a letter today from [redacted] stating that King has released themselves as my adjuster. The check that I was issued is now null and void. When I contacted [redacted], they informed me that King was suppose to communicate with me...

in late June that the check had been cancelled. The check was cancelled because my deductible was greater than the damages. [redacted] could not inform me of this because they were legally bound to communicate directly with the public adjuster; King. Yet King never informed me, never returned any of my calls, or updated me on my contract. I am NOT satisfied at all with their customer service or lack thereof.
