*** contacted me on august on our Facebook messenger page and told me she was not happy with her hair She sent me pics of what she showed the stylist so I asked her to come in the next day so I could look at it ,she did along with her
mom she told me she wasn't happy with all the highlights and some of them in the very front didn't go to the scalp all the way ,I told her that could be touched up but I asked her what did she want , I said all I want is you to be happy so whatever you want done we will do it ! So she decided she wanted to go all dark and I made her an appt the next Friday sept 1st *** messaged me on aug 30th stating she didn't want to come in cause she thought we would do a bad job on her hair for her complaining she said we would all hold a grudge and damage her hair I told her we are professionals and would never do that we take our work very seriously and our end goal was just make her happy ...this message was at 11:at night I told her I would be hAppy to talk to her the following day with any questions or concerns she did not respond so I messaged her the next day saying just checking in no response I still left her down for the appointment on Friday that she did not show up .Her mom *** then called on September and told one of my employees she was calling the Revdex.com on us and I needed to call her so I did I talked with *** from that point on the last contact me and *** had was her txt on august 30thI talked to *** about our texts on the 30th and told her *** did not show up to the appt and did not call or cancel and *** , did not know thatI said I was willing to do whatever made *** happy and she didn't show to the appointment I told *** I thought she needed to have a conversation with *** about not showing up and and I told her I felt like I held up my end of the agreement I was willing to do whatever she wanted at no cost and she didn't show up to the appointment .I said I don't normally give money back cause we stand behind our work and was willing to change her hair to whatever she wanted but I would give back at that point I was out of town on a family emergency and told *** I would call her when I got back .On October the 3rd *** and I exchanged txt and a phone call about the , she wanted to talk to her husband about it and I said ok We talked on October the 4th and she said they were gone take *** somewhere else to see how much it would cost to get her hair done the way she wanted and I said that I made her an appointment to do just that and she didn't show up and at this point the was all I was offering I was not paying whatever some other person quoted her and she said ok that she needed to talk to her husband cause if she took the money they would fight for the next years about it ,I said ok call me tomorrow and that's the last I heard from anyone until I received this letter About her actual hair *** showed me pictures of her hair that had highlights and low lights in it from a previous visit to my salon by another stylistDuring the consultation(I was not in that day )she wanted all dark with a few highlights and they said it would be better to touch up the highlights she had and put low lights in it for the integrity of her hair instead of coloring all of it and then have to highlight it with bleach to get through all the new color So when she came in to have me look at it we discussed doing more low lights and touching up the few highlights around her face if she just wanted it darker with just a few highlights or if she wanted it all dark we would do that too it was totally up to her and she chose all dark so I made her an appt for that Her hair was not "too damaged " to do it or we would not have offered to do it and I told her we would do a protein treatment to make sure it stayed in good healthThe comment about my stylist using someone else's product on her hair was never brought to my attention so that was news to me in her complaint I made her an appointment she didn't show or say "I'm cancelling ", I txt her the day before her appt and she did not respond I offered even after she did not show and they chose to make a complaint !
