To whom it may concern, The customer did in fact purchase a vehicle as well as an Extended Warranty, However He did not have all the funds to complete the transaction I believe his open balance was $1,more or less, As gratitude for his business we submitted his warranty in good faith and arranged an agreement with [redacted] to clear the balance within a certain time frame, As the time passed and over exceeded the agreement was NOT kept we then allowed [redacted] more time to finalize the transaction, But still he could keep his arrangement, Keep in mind his warranty was still active up until we received a phone call from his Wife stating "My husband was injured at work and does not have to funds to pay off the Warranty, Please Cancel it" ......We are still willing to work with [redacted] and would love to reinstate his warranty once his balance is completed

All of our vehicle's under go point inspection prior to us making the purchase as a dealer from the auctionKeep in mind that we are consumers as wellWe would not purchase a vehicle that needed major repairsNot only will it reflect how we do business but the customer will come back with a problemSo as a reputable dealer we make sure each and every vehicle that is purchased, passes the PSI (post sale inspection) They check all the major components such as Engine, Transmission and Drive AxleThis vehicle passed with flying colorsI'm not sure what your mechanic is telling you however I think you should take it to someone elsePlease understand not only did you purchase the vehicle below the advertised price but you refused to purchase the extended warranty as wellThere is only so much that we can doWe will do our best to help as much as we can but again please have a different mechanic look at the vehicle

The plates are in Transit and you will have them shortlyThe reason for the delay was due to the fact that the vehicle was recently purchased from the Auction

You did tell Us to hold off because of the surgery, We did exactly what you requested and as a result the title and plates are delayed, We can not send the plates in the mail, You have to come in person and sign off that you received the plates also keep in mind to pay the balance in full you must bring cash no personal checks please, I'm sorry but it's our store policy to ensure that you received your plates in person,

As we stated over and over again the accountant is the only person who can process refundsHe will notify you on the 30th of May to process the refundPlease do not harass our employee'sWe will refund you at the accountants earliest convenience

With all do respect You are stretching the truth to the furthest extant, Please try to understand that Once you purchase a pre-owned vehicle from the auction sometimes there is a delay in receiving the tittle, It can take up days for us to receive a tittle from the auction especially if it's a bank owned vehicle sold through the auction due to a previous customer's repossession, I know it was a long process to receive your tittle but calling up the dealership making threats and harassing our staff members is not going to help you receive your title any faster, The title was sent out to you and you still try'd to tarnish our name by writting all kinds of negative reviews all over the internet, We try'd to offer you $refund as a curtsey from Killer Carz too you for your troubles,As for your taxes No one pay's double taxes it is against the law, You payed for the registration twice only because you decided to do your own plates even after it was enrolled into your financing, We are still willing to refund you the difference and if we can I would love to SETTLE THIS like civilized adults, You have the plates as well as the title and I'm willing to refund you some money back just out of good faith, Why do you continue to hurt our establishment, You have what you wanted, What else can I do to make you happy, Can you come here at the dealership so we can talk in person, Once again I'm sorry for anything misunderstood between you and Killer Carz, Just let us know what we can do thank you for your time

At the time of purchase March 7, the customer did not have the down payment, A few day’s later he arrived with only $we then sent the vehicle out for serviceThe service department ordered the original parts not after market and due to that it needed 3-business day’s upon arrival Unfortunately the weekend took affect and delayed the processThe initial purchase DID NOT included his “ [redacted] with 219,miles “ as part of the dealWe normally would not take in a trade with such high miles but to better assist him with the desired monthly payment he wanted we decided to purchase his vehicleThe trade value was $towards his down paymentPlease be aware during this whole process he was very impatient and very demandingWe tried to explain that we do not like to rush the service department because they might over look an issue just to accommodate the customerWe understand his plates have recently expired but we are doing our best to expedite the process His plates are in transit sorry for the delay
