Kihei Express

Review: I purchased a t-shirt through the internet from Kihei Express in New York (I live in Florida). Several days after placing my order, I tried to call [redacted] to get status of my order and got a bizarre message (not at all related to a merchandise purchase) that never gave me the option of speaking to a human. I then found another phone number ###-###-#### (this number was on my credit card statement) that I called & was told they were a cleaning company/service that acquired this phone number about a year ago but have been receiving "hundred's" of calls like mine looking for Kihei Express. I went back to the website [redacted] and found different emails to customer service but none of them worked. I was concerned that I was scammed so I called my credit card co & decided to wait a few more days. My t-shirt did arrive June [redacted] so I didn't think too much about it. When I got my credit card statement, the company charged me twice May [redacted] & June [redacted]. I don't know if this was honest mistake or what since they can't be reached. I made a complaint with my credit card company, but since they can't reach them either, I now have to close my account & get a new one. I went on your site today and it shows that you think the company has been out of business since 2009, but I want you to know I don't believe that to be accurate. I received merchandise from "Kihei Express-shipping dept, [redacted]"--this info is on the shipping label witha phone # of [redacted]. I called that number again today and now the message says "...you have won a free cruise, press 1 to collect your free cruise". I pressed one & a man answered who said I reached Royal Caribbean reservations. To make a long story short, I think something further should be done to discover what is going on with this company, but I don't know if the Revdex.com will do anything or if you can advise who I can contact to make a formal complaint. Please advise.Desired Settlement: Since I have already contacted my credit card company & they can't reach Kihei Express, they closed my account today & are opening a new one. This is very inconvenient, but I don't see any other option. I won't have to pay the double charge, but I would like to see the company investigated. Who knows how many other people this has happened too. They advertise a phone number [redacted] that doesn't get answered by a" business". I called that number in June and got a recording (some kind of chat line message I think) and got a different message when I called it today (today was a free cruise). The customer service email addresses they advertise on their website don't work either.

Yes, I got my t-shirt, but I also got double charged and can't reach anyone to try to correct the proplem, so now I have to close my account because I don't know who has my credit card information. I certainly believe someone of authority would want to get to the bottom of this situation for the protection of the general public.
