They need sufficient evidence supporting that we never pay anythingWe have never had a charge with them personally before only through insurance so that is a lieThey also, refused service on my younger son because of the amount and until amount was paidThey also, left my in speaker for the office to hear my personal complaint, I have yet to speak witha supervisor and I reported them to my insuranceThey also, are unfortunately the only pediatric practice within travel locationTheir email is childish and unprofessional and they still feel they can answer in a manner in which their clientele doesn't matterMy son had an abscess and he could have become gravely I'll because of $which I was never made aware of prior because as was stated I could've rejected the offer had I known it wasn't coveredPlease don't allow practices to continue this wayI am deeply disturbed by the Merrick locations handling of all thisThank you

*** *** was fully informed verbally that her child needed to be seen for a cleaning an additional time and that it fell beyond the insurance frequency limitations, this also was an elective procedure and *** *** could have refused the additional cleaning that was suggestedAs stated in
our financial policies "Each insurance is different, and you must be aware of your insurance plan's limitations, exclusions, maximums and deductibles", it also states that "if we have not received payment from your insurance plan, the balance will be forwarded to parent and the balance will be your responsibility" our financial policy was signed in the office on 3/*/by *** ***The charge for a cleaning is $33.00, *** *** paid the $charge on 2/**/17, not $as she claims in her complaint*** *** has a history within our office of signing consents or her husband signing consents for their children and then refusing to pay the charges or they dispute the charges claiming that they were unawareThe office manager had never refused her other child treatment, she had just reminded *** *** that the balance was outstanding, *** *** in fact stated that she did not want to continue in that particular location and would feel more comfortable being seen in a different location of Kiddsmiles where her child was seen the same day she filed this claim*** ***'s child was seen and treated in a different location, also child was not a new patient as per *** ***'s claim the child in question has been an active patient since If *** *** has felt she has been treated poorly from the beginning (2015), it is surprising that she had chosen to continue with our practice even after her dispute, when she has the right to find a different practice that participates with her children's insurance
