I purchased shoes for my daughter's prom on Feb **, 2016. The shoes never arrived which is very disappointing. I logged in multiple times to the website asking for a refund and no one has responded at all. I simply would like the $184.44 back that I paid for shoes that I never received please.

Review: I ordered boots money was taken from account and never received product. It's been over 7 weeks. I'm very disappointed. Almost $300 stolen!!! I tried to contact the company via [redacted], pm, and their website no reply. Just wrong.Desired Settlement: I want my money refunded. Bad business.

Review: I purchase some items off the company website on 10/**/15. I also paid 20.00 extra for fast shipping which was advertise on the site for 10 days shipping. I was granted an order number of #[redacted]. when two weeks pass and I didnt receive an email or a updated on my order after the funds was immediately taken from my account I then went back on the site and reach out to the company under the contact us section where it just asked for your email and compliant... it stated your be contacted the next business day well here it is about another week later and no one as contacted me, I then went on to the company [redacted] page and place a comment on one of the items I purchase and didnt receive, stating that I never receive my item,in hopes that the seller would respond but instead my comment was deleted and I was blocked from the page, which I found very unprofessional of them especially when they never respond or address my issue on their site! I just want my money back or the items which I feel is more then fair, despite of it all.Desired Settlement: my money reinburst or deliver my items

Review: I ordered a dress from kiars boutique and paid extra for 5-10 [redacted] shipping. After a few days of purchasing the dress the seller emailed and stated the color I want is out of stock would I take another. I agreed as this dress was for a function. Also I had contacted the seller inquiring in sizing to ensure they had USA sizing and China sizing. The seller assured me the size I wanted was the USA sizing. The dress did not arrive until 26 days later mind you way after the [redacted] deliver paid for. Then the dress itself was not USA sizing and indeed China sizing and three sizes too small. I requested a refund or at least an exchange for comparable dress that would indeed fit according to my size. The seller refuses to work with me and now won't even respond.Desired Settlement: I think it is only fair to issue a full refund upon return of the dress to the seller. Which would cost me to ship back.

Review: I order a one piece outfit from June I was told and apologies by their representative. I was told that I would receive my order that was in August we are now going into November. Review: On June [redacted] 2015 I purchased two dresses and one swim suit, before placing this order I emailed the company asking if order will I recieve my package by june **, 2015 because I have avery important event that I am attending. I stated that if not then I dont need to make the purchase for it would be pointless. The perosmn replied telling me to choose the 5-10 day option which I did, Aftyer order it said you could check the order staus, well going into the [redacted] week my order never changed it stated awaiting fulfillment, so I emailed in asking where my order was and why my order staus hadn't changed, they replied telling me it takes 24-48 processing , then my 5-10 day processing at this ttime I calculated with calender and my maxuim arrival date was June **, 2015. Well I Still have no package and my order staus says awaitng shipment well how is that so when I paid $28 for shipping and its past my shipment date. I have sent nummerous emails to three different sites to contact them and no reply. This has caused a hugee incovience because not only did I have to prepare for my event but I had to run around to find different clothing because I dont have the merchandise I order for the eventI am very upset at the customer service and the lies the company gave .It is false advertising, all this and I couldve went elsewhere in the beginning if they were going to offer horrible business.. Total chaos Please helpDesired Settlement: To Fully refund my purchase shipping and handling included since the order was not recieved by promised date & not at all! I also would like to know where my order even is?, With my merchandise!
