Keystone Radon Mitigators Reviews (1)

Review: Joe installed fan into an existing pipe and electrical on August 2, 2014. This Fall when we stopped using the ac due to cooler weather we heard the motor through the ceiling. I called Joe to let him know and he told me it could be water in the pipe from the previous night's rain and that I needed to install a semi-circle pipe to keep rain out. Called the week of October 27th to state it was a loud motor and he said he would call and schedule with my partner to come look at the motor. He called Monday, November 3rd and left a message that he could come the following day and would charge between $100-$150 to "adjust the pipe." I think it is amazing to be charged for a poor installation that occurred three months before.Desired Settlement: That he come back and place some material that will minimize the sound transfer from the pipe to the 2 x 4 or move the motor off the 2 x 4 in some manner.
