Trying to get hold phone keep repeating same message and no reply to email.

Keynote Consulting company harassed me for a collection amount 1333.00 USD for Dr ***. I moved to different house so lost the track of payments. This company harassed me for collection of incorrect amount and reported to Credit Monitoring company. When I talked directly to Dr. ***'s office the amount was 998.66 USD including the Debt collection charges. This collection company is very bad. They jump up the collection money and and try to recover more money then actually due. Now I have disputed the claim with Credit monitoring company but Collection company is not giving correct info. Finally I raised a complaint with Revdex.com

Dr office never reported that the account was paid until today I have written off the balance and by the end of this month I will remove all negative cred reporting

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.

I was a victim of identity theft back in 2017-2018 keynotes has a case against me. So I reached out to them and since day one
I have been telling the owner Ron that this is a case of identity theft and its was bad. Meaning they I had my identification social# bank accounts everything you name it!!! Ron immediately started calling me son and boy accusing me of being a liar ect at this point I was so upset I hung up cause I was appalled by his behavior. I called a few more times to try and speak with some one else but it seems Ron and Jessica are the only two that work at this place so I let it go and filed a disputes with the credit bureau but they refused to even try and settle the case with me they are very rude disrespectful and hang up every time I call please help

this complaint was addressed with our office last year. Our office spoke to him and furnished him the Proof of debt. It has a copy of his license and credit card, He in addition made payments on the account. As was told, if you have proof of ID fraud prior to 04-2018 in the form of a police report, report from the department of motor vehicles as well as a report from his credit card company, we would be glad to review the claim...

I have requested this collection company to validate this debt they were unable to provide adequate validation. This is not a valid debt. I do not owe that company that money and I have also filed a dispute with the credit bureaus at the same time that I was requesting debt validation and they responded to the credit bureaus which is also a violation. I would like to have this account removed from my credit reports because it is not a valid account and I do not owe this money.

Keynote Consulting Response • Feb 18, 2020

the proof of the debt was furnished to the debtor. It was a signed contract. It was sent to the North Ave address that was on the complaint. Our client insists the debt is due and payable.

This company which I hold no contract with nor have received services from reported a collection account against my SSN in the amount of $2,274.00 with *** & *** credit reporting agencies. I requested verification of the debt and account however the business failed to provide adequate proof. Considering this business does not have a contract with me for goods or services they have provided nor have they provided adequate proof. I am not obligated to pay for the alleged debt.

The Complainant had a Credit Card with Consumers Cooperative Credit Union. We forwarded the proof of debt on 06-19-2019. She made payments to my client previously on the same disputed debt

We have notated the dispute on her Credit Bureau and also on the file thank you.

I'm a client, a customer of theirs, I called there and asked a question. Turns out they changed their policy without notifying it's clients, they do not provide up dates, they leave you wondering & guessing Whats going on. I said I may considering changing collections agencies & Ron Bronstein got rude & sounded angry and didn't seem to care! He then hung up on me. I've been a customer since 4/14.
This is how they treat their customers? God only knows how they treat the people they try to collect on. The online complaints are for real! Not good people to do business with.
Very RUDE people in this office!

Keynote Consulting Response • Apr 29, 2019

This customer has not placed any accounts for a few years. When he did place accounts he hid direct payments and never reported them. He wanted to place $100.00 without a contract. He is a terrible business person who is deceptive.

Customer Response • May 02, 2019

Let me explain what Mr. Ronald *** said to me when I asked him a question regarding a new collection account over the phone and this is verbatim from him “we are no longer accepting small accounts, $200 minimum for us to collect on” I asked when we’re tou going to notify your customers of this? He had no answer, I asked about updates on my collection accounts already placed with him, again no answer. I said I am considering switching collection companies. He didn’t seem to care, he said something rude then hung up on me! Wow I’m a customer asking a legitimate question and he hung up on me a 5 year loyal customer. Not very professional in my opinion. Also, I am an honest man and I resent Mr. Ronald’s *** negative comments regarding my character.
If you don’t believe me google his business and google mine. The online reviews speak for them selves.
This all started because Keynote hung up rudely on me. Hence I posted my experience with this company.

Very rude. No help with details on demands. Insulting. Makes you want to wait for them after work lol. One star is too many.

He has paid $25.00 since 2018 on a $800.00 debt. He refuses to pay more..

This listed company in my complaint (KEYNOTE CONSULTING) kept posting a inaccurate collection account that doesn't belong to me on my credit report, I have disputed their account multiple times but they kept posting it every single month, I called them and explained to them that their account doesn't belong to me at all, and I haven't been to their creditor when the their debt account occurred, so far they refused to remove it.

The complainant has a bill with *** clinic in Bloomingdale. Several bills were sent to him and he acknowledged that he received the bill. as a matter of fact we spoke to him today and offered $20.00 to have us remove the charged off debt. We have talked to Mr. on several occasions and he refused to satisfy the debt. Please find attached a copy of the bill and the financial policy and personal information on the complainant. The debt in question is due and payable.

Keynote Consulting Response • Jan 08, 2019

My client states he was a patient in 2014 and the debtor signed the financial policy as per my previous response. This bill stems from a date of service of 09-19-2015. we previously sent the invoice and patient information that was furnished by Sam ***. In addition, the Doctors office received a copy of his drivers license and insurance card in which I have in front of me. So the previous date of service in 2014 was satisfied, however the 09-19-2015 service date was not. this complainant has offered on a few occasions to settle the debt for a removal of his bad debt at the Credit Bureaus. In addition he has filed a CFPD complaint on the same account. I will scan the info

his drivers license and his insurance card. The card has his date of birth with the same information furnished by Mr..

Complaint: ***

I am rejecting this response because: again, this business has failed to validate my debt, all the documents and signature provided were based on my 2014 visit and I'm positive when I say that I don't recall being to their creditor's office 2015 where the debt is dated. In fact it shows I had insurance and I'm positive this debt is invalid and it's only based on their creditor billing error. Also I have not received any mail or notification from their creditor, I don't live in Bloomingdale since 2015. And more important I have never signed any document or contract to this business or their creditor that stated I'm responsible for any debt in 2015.

Sincerely,

Sam

In 2015 Keynote Consulting was sent owwe've seen very little return from their efforts to collect. They'e collected small amounts from ....$30 to 75 dollars per customer....once, I believe, they collected $115. and these collections have been far and few between. This past September, I acquired a second *** franchise and one day on this new route, I ran into an old customer who had worked for a garage on my first *** route. He, of course, wanted to buy more tools and I told him before I'd sell him any more tools, he had to clear up his bad debt from the old route. He said he did mid-October in the amount of $694. When I heard this, I expected to receive a check from Keynote for $520.50 at the end of October, which is less the 25% Keynote gets for their collection services. When I had not received this money by the MIDDLE of November, I contacted their offices and was told by Jennifer, that the money, according to their records, was part of the November collections and NOT October collections and would be sent out the end of November. When I still had not received the check by December 5, I called again and Jennifer passed my phone call to Ron, the head of this office. Ron advised that since Dec 5 was a national day of mourning because of George HW Bush, the Post Office was closed and Keynote's check to me was FIRST going out the next day, Dec 6. AGAIN. I waited until yesterday morning (12/17) and spoke to Jennifer who said she would check with Ron and immediately call me when he got to the office at 10AM. I had to call her back at 1:00 PM to find out that Ron was supposedly checking with their bank to make sure the check had not been cashed. I asked that a SECOND check be mailed LAST night and to advise this was done. No call so AT 1PM, I spoke to Ron who was very rude and said he would send a check when and if felt like

The account in question was for products to the debtor in 2015. This account Mooney after numerous calls, letters, credit bureau reporting for over two years was finally collected based on our hard work and determination. As usual and customary when a check is received by us, in this case the full amount. A net check to the client is remitted the following month or at the latest the next month.

In this case a check remitted by Keynote Consulting Inc. client trust check was remitted to the former disgruntled client on 12//11/2018. We checked as of last Friday 12/14/18 and the check was not cashed. The President who is out of the country until 01-02-2019 will stop payment on the check and reissue the check for $521.01 if the check has not been cashed. we have been in business for 24 years and never had a complaint for not remitting. this former client has called us at least 5 times regarding this same matter. It will be taken care of, but regrettably not immediately. There is a process to be followed. We send out in excess of 500 checks per month. With the holiday season and the lax postal system, the remit may be delayed or lost.

I have been in contact with this company for over three years now. The management is great and so willing to help when needed. They have always been very patient with me and understanding.

Thank you Danielle,
It has been a pleasure to service your National Accounts for the last 10 years. We receive the utmost cooperation in your bad debt accounts and the accounts that require litigation.

This company is on my credit report and reporting negatively for a debt that is completely incorrect, which I have written proof of and the original company the money is owed to is also collecting money from me. This is completely illegal so I will be filing a lawsuit if no one from this company does the wise thing and fixes this issue. Its amazing how awful some people can be in coming after money not only incorrectly but twice when I have a child I can barely afford to take care of.

Keynote Consulting Response • Sep 12, 2018

Per my client the money is do and payable and no money is being paid to them.
If the Customer wants to discuss the matter, please contact the undersigned.

I call this consulting office in regards of a dead issue I have them as a collection that that that I spoke to them was my ex-husband’s dad. Thinking to talk to them in regards of them removing that that from my credit. The person that I spoke with his name was Greg *** was very arrogant rude and wouldn’tFinish talking he explained to me because I was married to him it is my responsibility. I feel it’s not my responsibility it’s not my dad it’s my ex-husband’s that I have my divorce decree and I think it’s my ex-husband’s responsible to pay that that and I shouldn’t get involved. I try to explain to him in the first thing he does was hang up on me. I think that was very rude and unnecessary. I think no customer should deal with a person like that who is arroganceWho is rude and will hang up. A few minutes later I called the office back and I spoke to the same person but this time I was asking to speak with someone higher in the book about him he told me there was nobody in the office and he’s the only one and if the owner doesn’t take calls I told him I would like to speak with somebody else was going on and on and being rude. I asked him I will like to speak to a manager which is someone else above he says no the owner is not going to speak with nobody and I decided to hang up and file this complaint I did tell him I was going to to the best business bureau and he asked me also you’re threatening me and how I’m running my company. I will sponsor him know I’m not threatening I’m just saying that I’m going to set submit a complaint and that’s it he was going on so you’re telling me how I should run my company then I hung up. I do feel that maybe I was a female that he could speak to me the way he wanted to and I’m also Latina. And I’m guessing he is a Caucasian male thinking that he has the upperAuthority to speak to someone like that. And he says he was going to write off of my credit that I refuse To make a payment. Like I said this is my ex-husband is that not mine and I should not take responsibility for this. I will like them to remove this from my credit yes I would like an apology from this person. Because I think no one shouldn’t go through this. And for him to see them threaten him he so wrong I just told him that I was going to complain and the way he was speaking to me. So I will like the situation to be resolved as soon as possible. Like I saidThe original that is my ex-husband Alberto ***. And he should take full responsibility for this that. Not me I’m divorce and I have nothing to do with us that. And I think it’s not fair so I would like that that to be removed from my credit

Keynote Consulting Response • Mar 28, 2018

This was a Medical debt turned over for collection by a firm called ASAP of Illinois, Clearly on the admission sheet it is stated that Mrs *** is the wife of Alberto ***. Pursuant to the Illinois Family Expense statute Husband an Wife are both legally responsible for the medical bill which is classified under a necessity. The accusation about my collector is a insult. Gary *** who happens to be 100% Hispanic and his given name is Xavier *** .Once the invoice is paid or settled we can notify the three bureaus to show paid in full.

Customer Response • Mar 29, 2018

I was able to view the document and it has all my ex husband information. And one one the forms that states emergency contact it only has my name and wife and also his primary care physician‘s name also. And never states that I will be responsible for his What that collection /debt so I want this resolved as soon as possible. Like I said it’s my ex husband‘s collection/debt not mine I’m not the primary person who saw this doctor it was him not me I was only listed as a a emergency contact only. First of all why are they contacting him. I’m already divorced from him and I have my divorce decree. It’s his responsibility to pay his debt not me !!!!! And I’m not going to pay for it and I want this out from my credit as soon as possible. Why are they not contacting him and when I harassing me. That is not fair and I will take it up more further please have this resolved as soon as possible

Keynote Consulting Response • Mar 29, 2018

Pursuant to the Illinois Family expense statute, the wife of the patient is Legally responsible for the debt. This applies to Medical. Any family or household debt is classified as a necessity and the spouse is liable although they have signed a contract or not. On account of this being a nuisance, once paid we will make sure The Credit Bureaus are notified.

they told a lot of lies and tried to force me to settle or they would contact my employer cursed and made a lot of threats until I told her I was recording the call then she acted like a human being

Keynote Consulting Response

The complainant was just recently referred for collection. We left a message on 08-10-2017. The complainant returned the call ond refused to pay. All of our calls are recorded and if you call our office it states that very clearly. We mailed out proof of the debt and marked the file disputed and no calls. At no time do we use profanities and we do not currently know the complainant's job. We did not threaten to call somebody's job if we do not have that information. We will pull the actual recording if necessary.

person called and demanded a payment plan. explained that we have two insurances and there is no balance due. perosn threatened if we did not agree to a payment plan he would turn the debt over to the credit agencies. I explained that they can only contact us by mail in the future and to mail us proof of the debt and that making a threat is illegal. said he would not send the medical EOB's only a ledger of the balance due. we have a zero balance with the medical provider, only mail we received was mailed the day of the phone call, debt not proven. reported this inaccurate info to the credit agencies that same day of the phone call. very unprofessional, rude, threatening, reported to the atty general.

I had the pleasure of speaking with Mr. Bronstein, during the conversation Hlhe asked if in the future I would have my husband contact him. So the my husband called, during which time Mr. Bronstein thanked him for calling, stating he dispises dealing with women.
