Review: Deposit a personal check on Saturday 03/28/2015 at one of the local Key Bank on Pearl Street in Tacoma, Washington. Key Bank Teller(Customer Service) informed us the customer/clients that the rest of the funds will be avaliable 03/30/2015 business day either in the early morning and/or late in the afternoon. It's Monday 03/30/215 @ 8:27pm called the Customer Service call center need to know what happen to the rest of the funds that was suppose to be avaliable today, the customer services was stating that our funds will not be avaliable until 03/31/2015 the next business day at 6am in the morning. As a Key Bank client, I have asked to speak to a supervisor - the supervisor was not avaliable due to they have left for the day. I have asked why wasn't my funds avaliable today, KeyBank customer service again stated that my funds will not be avaliable until the next business day. I informed the customer service call center numerous times that they should've HONOR what was stated to us when we went into the local Key Bank to deposit our check that our funds would be avaliable this Monday business day either in the morning and/or in the afternoon. Have numerous times stated to the customer service that they should've HONOR, and if they don't they Key Bank have NO HONOR in their business. they was no clarification and they were contradicting themselves - that the customer service from the local bank i(I THINK) she said is not them, but I stated to them that both the CUSTOMER SERIVICE either local and/or call center are both staff(s) /employee of KEY BANK regardless - none of my complaints was heard and HONOR by Key Bank none -
