Keto Slim Company is a Scam. Beware!!!
Along with several others here I also got scammed by Keto Slim Company.
I ordered a TRIAL offer and my credit card was charged the following:
5/19/20 *** $4.98.
5/19/20 *** CA $4.99
5/20/20 *** CA $2.91
5/30/20 P CA $94.70
6/2/20 *** $89.98
When I saw these charges on my credit card statement I immediately called Keto Slim.
After on hold for an absurd amount of minutes, there was a recording telling me someone would return my call. When the company representative called me back days later I explained to her that I had been deceived and over charged for a trail offer and for products that I did not receive. The representative put me on hold and then came back to tell me there was nothing she could do to resolve my issue. I then told her to cancel my account & please refund me for charges that were fraudulent and unauthorized. The representative then hung up on me.
Now, to late I see that the Revdex.com has given this company an F rating and there are numerous other complaints.
Keto Slim is a Scam and should be held accountable. I just gave Keto Slim $184.68 for a trail offer that should have only been $4.99. Keto Slim should not be allowed to get away with such a greedy fraudulent scam. Its no wonder people in our country are rioting in the streets. People are angry and sick of taking all the greed and injustice. Keto Slim is a very BIG part of the problem.

On May 29, 2020, I placed an order for one bottle of the KetFit. Somehow, I was charged $154.94 for multiple bottles and a bottle of the KetoBooster which was an additional $34.98. I would have never intentionally ordered multiple bottles until I tried the one bottle that I wanted to order. I immediately contacted them, via email, to cancel the order, as the order was placed after business hours. No return communication was received. The product arrived to my home and my intent was to immediately return the product for a full refund. However, no return information was provided or can be found online. I have not been able to get through via the customer service number provided and have sent another email to which there has not been a reply. I just want to return the products to this company and have my money refunded. I cannot afford almost $200 on diet pills that I have never used before. In addition, the advertisement that I saw showed that KetoFit was backed by *** which is clearly not the case.

ship subscription after 90 days. When you place an order for the 5-bottle bundle
deal you get 5 bottles at $39.74 instead of the regular price of $69.99. Which
means you get 5 for the price of 3 at full cost. It is a buy three get two free
promotion. The Ketofit would auto-renew after 90-days one bottle every month
for $39.99 until we are notified you would like to cancel the account. There is also one order for the Ketobooster subscription
for $34.98 and the Neatplate ebook for $1.99. These terms were presented to you
in multiple places on our website when you ordered our product.When you ordered the product
you also clicked a button indicating that you agreed to the terms of the offer.
When a customer clicks that button, we must assume that they have read what
they are agreeing to. If there was any confusion with the terms you could have
called our customer service team and they would have been happy to assist you.We do see an email from you
on June 14th requesting to return the items. Per policy that is how you
would obtain a refund on the products.As a courtesy we have
refunded all the charges you were billed. Please allow 3-5 business days to
reflect into your account.Your account remains canceled and you
will not receive any further shipments or charges. I hope this resolves your
concern today and I hope you have a good day!

I'm angry I have to even give this company 1 star!! Now reading these reviews, it is an absolute scam with abhorrent employees. I placed my order for what I thought was $34.98 and my bank alerted me immediately that they had actually charged that amount plus an additional amount of $198.70. I called IMMEDIATELY afterwards and was actually trying to be pitched mid-complaint about how good I would feel and how I would benefit from these pills. Wrong thing to do to a person who has been in customer service before. After speaking over me to get me off the phone, he hung up on me! He spoke so timidly and quickly that I couldn't grab his name. The second person I spoke to an hour later (after trying to speak with my bank) told me he would "add notes" to my account so that the shipping and processing center would not send out my order and I would get a refund. Then, having a bad feeling after that call, I called again that Monday morning and was told that "he was sorry" I felt that way, but no notes appeared on my account and that my packaged had shipped already!!!! I am livid with this company. I just now got my package in the mail (almost two weeks later) and immediately had my husband give me the package and called again. Spent 1 hour holding/waiting for a call back and then I spoke to another rep who let me know I could have a 35% refund and keep the product. I DONT WANT THEM!! I demanded to know how I get a full refund - I was then told I had to return the product within 30 days (sending through *** next day delivery tomorrow) and I'm now waiting for a "call back from a manager" who is never available in order to avoid the $5 per bottle restocking fee. We'll see how that happens. Hopefully I can add updates to this review once I get my money back (if I get it back), but I plan on updating my claim with my bank to let them know that this business is a scam and let them know the most recent happenings with my return of the product.

As with the multitude of others here, I got taken by this company. I ordered the trial offer so my wife could try the product. This should have been $30-$40, but ended up costing me $235.67. The website is extremely "friendly" so friendly they walk you quickly through their offerings in such a way as to trip you the consumer into getting way more than you probably intended. I never asked for a subscription, but I got one. Especially a subscription for a product I had never tried. It was a very unpleasant call to try and recover my money. There is a fine print clause stating no cancellation of your order, way down at the bottom of the webpage. They will allow the product to be returned for a generous restocking fee. Please learn from my mistakes! (Oh, and I'd avoid this website. I'm sure there are better methods of trying out this product.)

If I could leave a 0 for review I would, that is how horrible this company is to deal with.
I saw an advertising for KETO Fit and understood it was for a one month supply with options for additional savings on higher amounts. I placed an order then was directed to KetoBooster to be added to the order. I didn’t want that but didn’t see anywhere that I could indicate no. The only option was “Continue” but when you select that, it places the order. You never get a chance to review the total cost before placing the order. I called to cancel the order using the number on the confirmation (833) xxx-xxxx. The first call attempt I was able to speak to someone but almost immediately it became “Hello…. Hello…. Is anyone there?” as if they couldn’t hear me, and then they hung up. I tried calling back but the call was immediately dropped. I waited an hour, called again, sat on hold for a long time before the message indicated I could hit the pound sign for a call back when someone became available. I received a call back from (925) xxx-xxxx – CA around 8:30 EST. I informed them I wanted the whole order cancelled, including the Booster which was on the email order confirmation which I did not want to begin with, and the money credited back to my account. I received email confirmation less than 15 minutes later both orders were cancelled. Today I received a shipment in my mailbox. I called the 833 number for an RMA to have the bottles returned and inquire about the credit of my funds. I went through the same thing as before – someone picks up, takes some information and then “Hello… Hello …. And then complete silence. I waited about 5 minutes, called the number again and sat on hold. I tried the 925 number and the first thing I heard was “We can’t find your order using this number xxx-xxx-xxxx.” I hung up and dialed the 833 number again. A woman answered, asked if I could hear her. I said “yes as well as a male voice in the background” – the same voice I heard on the recordings every time I called. She hung up. I called back and this time the “male voice” answered. I told him I received the cancelled order in the mail today and I wanted an RMA to return it. He wanted me to keep the 6 bottles at a reduce price of $140 something. I said “No, I didn’t want the KetoBooster to begin with and I don’t want the Keto Fit either. That’s why I cancelled the order shortly after it was placed. Then he told me there is a restocking fee. My reply: “Why should I pay a restocking fee for an order you shipped after it was cancelled shortly after it was placed?” Supposedly the restocking fee will be waived. I informed David the package contained 6 bottles – 5 KetoFit and 1 KetoBooster. He supplied me an RMA and said I could ship back to the address on the package. I immediately went to our mailing facility and shipped it *** Priority, noting no restocking fee per David. When I arrived home, I had an email with a different RMA number for the KetoBooster and a return address in Phoenix, AZ. I replied to that email that the KetoBooster was being shipped to Scottsdale, AZ with KetoFit using the RMA provided by David. I provided them the tracking information and the RMA that was used. I also replied to the RMA email for the KetoFit providing them the tracking information as well. I’ve contacted my bank with the order numbers, dollar amounts in each case, the phone number and my attempts to get my funds back. Now to see how long it takes to get the amounts credited.

This colony is HORRIBLE! Ordered the product Thursday based off fraudulent advertising (they claimed so someone famous was interviewed about use it this product, FALSE!) and I emailed a few hours later asking to cancel. When I called SAME DAY phone rang, someone picked up and hung up, twice! The link to their website is fake, taking you back to a bra website. I called the following week and got someone who said the product shipped Friday, after my request to cancel. I asked them to send me shipping tracking info so I could track it to send it back... the sent me the RMA number. I asked 5 mor times for tracking info... nothing. It’s all FRAUD! They won’t help you, can’t provide shipping info (probably never sent it) and you can’t even reach someone must of the time. DO NOT BUY PRODUCT! You will regret it!

Terrible Company. Ordered ONE bottle only. Was subscribed to TWO supplements. Called right away. One hold for hours. Called repeatedly. I never subscribed to any program. Just was buying one bottle. Man on phone, who I finally reached, was nasty. Told me order was canceled then hung up on me. Well, I just got order in the mail. Three bottles I DID NOT order. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!

I ordered a product and it was only suppose to be like 40 dollars and it turned into 244.79 and 34.97 almost 300 dollars worth and I called the company and was told I couldn't cancel my order that I would have to wait to return it after I recieved it. Well I havent received any product and Im still out my money and losing time to be able to return the product. Im totally upset over this especially since Im a essential employee at a medical facility and money is tight.

I purchased a trial offer of KetoFit, Buy 2 bottles for $38.32 and receive 1 Bottle Free. The Website also said Free Shipping. I placed the order and immediately received a confirmation email for Order #*** with charge of $154.94, not the total of $76.64 I was expecting. I also received a confirmation email for Order#*** for a bottle of Keto Booster for $34.98 that I did not even order.
I immediately called the customer cr and have been on hold for 35 minutes. I've also sent emails telling them to cancel my order but no response.

I ordered a product through an Ad on ***. I immediately tried to call and send an email because it not only charged me more than I purchased (false advertising) but also added another order to it. I have sent 3 emails and tried calling 3 different phone#'s that all said that they were disconnected. I finally got through to a phone # but stayed on hold for over an hour and half both times. I finally left my cell# for them to call me back today and they finally did. The customer service rep was rude and started raising her voice at me when I told her that I was canceling my order and that I had tried calling and had sent 3 different emails with no response. She said that she doesn't see the emails and that the product had already been shipped and that I was on a recurring subscription. I told her that I had contacted my credit card company and that they were issuing me a refund and she was even more mad. I raised my voice at this point and told her that I was cancelling the order and any future subscriptions and that I wanted my Damn money back. When I asked to speak to a supervisor, manager, or Owner I was told that there was no one I could speak to. I asked what her name was and she told me Cara or Tara and hung up on me.

I am no ok with this response. I responded by email to cancel that order immediately after I placed it ( 3 emails were sent) and I made 4-5 attempts to call 3 different customer service numbers listed and they all said disconnected. The representative that was so rude to me yesterday Told me that the product had already been shipped and she sent me a cancellation confirmation and told me to ship the product back for refund. I contacted my credit card company because no where before ai checked out did it ever say that it was a recurring subscription and It said 3 bottles at $29.99 but that you would receive 5 bottles for the price of 3. I did not order the keto booster at all but was charged for it. It never showed a summary of my order before my card was as charged. I do expect to get a refund and there will be no monthly subscription charged going forward. I have all documentation and did a screenshot of the screen. When I could not reach someone by telephone (disconnected) and my 3 emails got no response I reached out to my credit card company because I thought that it was a scam. My credit card company fraud dept actually told me that they had issues with this company before.

Company advertisement on *** offered a free bottle of their product then requested credit card info. After entering my info, was immediately charged $154.94!
Customer service # doesn’t answer, only a recording that asks if I want to be called back. No one called. No response from emails, etc. clearly this company is taking in a lot of money and providing no product or service.

I was charged twice and I was charged for second product I didn't order
I have 2 order numbers and my bank says order *** was from one company name and *** was another name.
Was given a phone number in an email that didn't even work.
I want refund in full. $198.70, $198.70, and $34.98
I think this company is deliberately stealing money from its consumers. Its unfortunate because the product is good but business practices are sneaky and crooked as I interpreted. I dont want to have to file dispute through my bank if dont have to. Thank you for your time ...

Was charged $90 after paying for a trial. I did not receive any other product after the trial. I did not agree to be billed further.

day trial period starting from the date that the order was placed, in which you
could cancel your account to avoid further charges. They also indicate that
"you must take affirmative action to avoid further charges or you will be
charged in the amount of $94.70 for the ketofit and $89.98 for the Ketobooster fourteen
days from the date that the order was placed for the product(s)." These
terms were presented to you in multiple places on our website when you ordered
our product. When you ordered the product you also clicked a button indicating
that you agreed to the terms of the offer. When a customer clicks that button,
we must assume that they have read what they are agreeing to. If there was any
confusion with the terms you could have called our customer service team and
they would have been happy to assist you.Since we
did not hear from you during your trial period, you were charged $89.98
on May 4th for the Ketobooster we did not receive a successful out
of trial payment for the ketofit.We
refunded 50% of the $89.98 on May 9th the amount of $44.94. we also
received a chargeback notification from your financial institution which may cause
that refund to be overturned. At this time with that chargeback we will not be
able to refund any further charges. The outcome of the chargeback will be between
you and your financial institution.Your
account remains canceled and you will not receive any further shipments or

On 5/05/2020, I placed an order online. My online experience was very frustrating and very deceiving. Upon placing the order, it did not allow me to review the order before placing it and the pricing was very deceiving.
Due to my frustrations, I had to decided to cancel the order. Numerous calls were made to their customer support line with extremely long wait times consisting of hours and not answer. Also, numerous emails were sent to their support line with no response. On 05/06/2020 at approximately 7:15 AM EST I was able to reach a representative. I requested to cancel the order with the following Cancellation Confirmation.
However, despite the cancellation, they still charged my credit card and will not credit my account. They are very unresponsive and unable to reach.

I also had tried to order the buy 2-get 1 free, BUT after ordering it (their system) said 4 get 3 free-7 month supply and YES charged $244.79 and also $ 34.97 for the Luxedermefitlife-for Keto Booster pills. Called IMMEDIATELY (Not even 5 minutes later when I saw the billing, completely different from what the process said. I also talked with a person that also said I could not cancel but could cancel when I received the products. I asked a few more questions and HE hung up on me. I waited 2 weeks-never received products. BUT it was charged to my account. I then called again, because I hadn't rec'd the item,they couldn't refund me because I couldn't get a (RMA-Return merchandise Authorization) Number-so they resent(??) items to me 7 bottles ONLY.(NO Booster.That took another 2 weeks. now I'm sending it back and have been Calling the phone # BUT the line is always busy. So I will try the web sight and see how far I get there. The crazy thing is why would I want to order a 7 month supply of this product if I don't even know if it works or if I'm allergic to the product. DON'T BUY stay away. Check the Revdex.com first, I will next time-if there ever is a next time.

On March 25th I seen this ad on *** for the keto fit pills. I then clicked on it. It was a special on keto pills, buy 2 get 1 bottle free. I clicked on and put my info in and went to purchase the buy 2 get 1 free and it said my payment was confirmed. Later on that day, when I went to use my card it said that I had insufficient funds on my card, only to realize after checking my account balance on my card, that there had been two different transaction charges for these keto pills when I had only authorized one transaction. One charge was the original charge of $34.97 on the buy two get one free bottle and then there was another charge for $244.79 that I absolutely did not approve for a keto fit pills for a 7 month supply that I did not authorize. I called the number that my email had given me to try and get my money back. I talk to four different people got hung up on three times because they said that I am the one the authorized it when I only authorized one transaction of $34.97 this other $244.79 was a charge that they added without my authorization. I only authorized one charge of $34.97. They said that I authorized to other charges, which is not accurate. They refused to get my money back right then even know the pills have not even been shipped out yet. And they told me that they would send me the pills within 5 to 7 days and then I can ship them back with the RMA numbers to the address that they gave me but I have not yet received them to return and get my money back. I am very highly angry and upset that this happened and I really want my money back. I want all of my money back. Not just the $244.79 I want every single bit of my money back that $34.97 plus the two $244.79 there's no reason for them to treat people like this and steal people's money without me authorizing it. I can not get thru to anyone on the number I was provided with. Therefore making me think this was just a scam to get my money not help me loss weight. That was my rent $ they stole!

Company is awful. Ordered a sample and got charged over $200. Canceled within the hour and they sent me an email that it was already shipped an non refundable. This was at 11:00 at night so lots of lies. They are a scam.

I would like to receive a refund for the products that were purchased on the 16 of April that have yet to arrive I have called customer service several times to address the matter, the return policy states that it must be returned within 30 days of purchase for a refund but I still have yet to receive it.

I placed an order online via the Ketofit website. The amount of the purchase was $34.97. An hour later I received two emails, the first stating the purchase of $34.97. The second email stated that I had made a purchase of $244.79. I immediately called the 800 number to inquire what the charge was for. I was told by a lady, with very little customer care, that the purchased was processed and I had no recourse. I told her I had not authorized any such payment and to cancel the entire order since they were trying to bait and switch the purchase. After some back and forth, she told me that I could wait for the package to be delivered and then send it back with a restocking fee of $40.00. Never once in my transaction did I authorized such a purchase. In this time of deferments and uncertain employment, I don't know anyone that has $300. laying around to just throw out the window. Especially without knowledge or consent of the purchase.

On Jan 27 I ordered a "trial order" of 1 bottle of KetoFit (supplement for the Keto diet). They sent me 7 bottles and charged me $244.00 however, the enclosed shipping label was to someone else but was for 7 bottles. When I returned to Phoenix I called them and got a Merchandise Authorization number to return the product for a refund. They state that they won't refund my money because they received the product 31 days after the order was placed. My order was for a sample that had to be returned within 30 days not for someone else's order that I paid for. I have called them and they have hung up on me 3 times. They are very rude and won't listen. They are marketing across the US from an AZ address--this seems like deceptive marketing.
