Again, After further investigation, our reply remains the same The charges that [redacted] is reffering to are strickly bewteen her and Hyundaithese charges are a resuld to the condition of the Huyndai that was turned into HyundaiHyundai reported that tires needed replaces as they both had "slaches" in the side walls of themAll rims has signiffcant damage to them We understood that she was over on milage and did take care of those charges as prommisedAs all lease returns they are requried to be turned back to the manufacture with ware and tearaccording to Hyundai this was not the case, Kerry Auto group has nothing to do with these charges There were no promises made beyond the mile overage, which we did pay This is a closed matter for us

We am sorry, That [redacted] has had some issuesthis is some what common for a car with 90K miles I have looked into his issues and here is what I have found.(see below) I have no record that [redacted] has paid for any repair with us However we have incurred at total of 2,of repair expenses after the sale, I believe we have been more that fair and we do not feel that one more dollar is owed Check engine light Had to replace coil assembly and all spark plugsParts had to be ordered $ Noise coming from front replaced left front wheel bearing, l hour labor front rotor, wheel studs and lug nuts $ ( noted noise in tires advised ***, customer has known about tires when purchased) __________________________________________________________________________ Repair Order open June ready the July 2nd We diagnosed car as needing a valve ( that was incorrect) charged to service $that we absorbed at same point vehicle was sent to a Buick and it was not able to be checked for over a weekThat repair alone $That we paid ____________________________________________________________________________ RO open June ready June 11th Replaced left front door handle $That we paid replaced bank oxygen sensor and gas cap $( needed flex pipe for exhaust) We paid we also repaired a tire We paid Part, was ordered intake boot it is $We called and left a message times and never heard back ______________________________________________________________________________ Total charged to this cars $We covered all expenses As far as days here is looks like a total between all repair orders days

Thank you for bringing this issue to our attention We have worked on the Ms [redacted] car The complaint has always been that the car is cutting out and loosing power not a no start condition Over the multi times that the car has been in the shop for service we have addressed the concerns as they have come up and even the last visit took care of the repair at no charge due to the multi trips the customer has made into the shop All that being said we need to look at the car and see what is going on with it Before the customer contacted the Revdex.com she also contacted Nissan North America and Informed them of the same thing and that we would look at the car for no charge to see what is going on with and what needs to be done to repair the car and at that time we can make a decision if it is something we are going to assist with With you have any other questions please feel free to let me knowSteven R***Service DirectorKerry Nissan

First I want them to honor the deal that was made on their internet websiteIf they wont honor that deal, then have them pull internet deals from their websiteI could have worked over on that day we had appointment to buy carI make $a hour and $at time and a halftime$ is $plus gas at cents a mile is $My time and money lost is $I believe this is fair

We have addressed Mr [redacted] issue and have resolved this issue to Mr [redacted] satisfactionI understand from MrRoot that he is now very happy with the resolustion

We have to have proof from Mississippi that the transfer has taken place before any funds will be released. And the paper work had been in that stat more that long enough. And futher conpenstaion will not be cobsidered untill this matter is cleared up.

This customer picked up a check the week before ChristmasBoth parties agreed on said amountKerry Nissan considered the case is closed

in response to Mr [redacted] statement of us running a credit report without his permissionWe have a signed credit applacation on fileWe do not run credits with customers permiossionHe was promised new tires, we did install brand new tires that are to OEM spec's.The Vehicle had a trailer hitch on it alreadySo everything that was promised was delivered, and at delivery time he had no complaintsMr [redacted] came back at the end of may ststing that his AC in the rear of the Vehicle was not working properly.Mr [redacted] understood that the vehicle was sold 'AS IS' and signed all documents stating suchAfter threats of bad mouthing our dealership if we would not pay to fix his AC, as it was never promised, we advised Mr, [redacted] that we had fulfilled our obligation to him and nothing else was promised or owedand we cincider this matter closed

Discussed with the management involved and I will have them Nissan GSM contact the customer directly to resolve the concernsThanks, [redacted] ***

We have turned this matter over to our Attorneys, They have in turn reached out to MR [redacted] that we are contacting all banks to resolve this issue
