Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below [First of all I would like to thank the Revdex.com for your helpI would like to highlight the fact that the management of Kentucky and Indiana fleet service response is as unscrupulous as the way they conduct business in that area: they said that the service was on 07/31/2017, they are arguing that [redacted] was unsure on the explanation of the required repairs, the mechanic did not wait in the location with me until the tow truck arrived, the service they provided was unacceptable, neither valuable or justified, because the mechanic was unsure what was the cause or the p***lem and this is the reason why I had to tow my truck to the dealershipI am providing copy of the picture of the receipt that they sent me after a month( and this is because I had to call them several times to get a copy of that receipt, because they never provided me with one) also I am providing the copy of the receipt of the tow truck, so if the Revdex.com could cor***orate that the mechanic was not in the location when he arrivedFor all these reasons and for the dishonest behavior of this business is that I am requesting the total refund of what they charged me] Regards, [redacted]

Kentucky & Indiana Fleet received a notification from the Revdex.com that a customer ( *** ***) had filed a compliant requesting a full refund of services provided.On July 31, our company was contacted by *** Road Service that had a client in the need of road service
*** was very unsure of what they were attempting to accomplishWe accepted the service run after some clarification and Securing payment methodUpon arrival to the location and inspection of the vehicle it was determined it could not be repaired roadsideWe offered to tow the vehicle to our location to Complete the repairs.Mr*** elected to have the vehicle towed to dealerOur technician arranged the tow and remained at the location until the tow vehicle arrived for the safety of the customer.The Customer then took responsibility to pay direct to the tow Company for tow charges.Technician returned to service centerService call was billed on terms previously arranged and discussed prior to the service run with *** when Securing payment information.Although repair was not completed the services provided were valuable to the Customer and justifiedThe charges were for the service run fee, time and travel and the diagnostics provided at the locationAny misunderstanding with the Customer obviously occurred with the outside service that he contacted.* ***
