I am writing to complain about numerous issues that have been brought to the attention of Nationwide Construction on several different and well documented occasionsTo start; I was sold and guided towards the wrong product for my home typeProduct installation instructions clearly describe requirements, yet the company sold me this product anywaysAfter installation, the owner himself admitted that the wrong product was sold to me and it should never have been installed in my homeThe wrong product was then installed improperlyProduct installation instructions clearly state requirements for preparation of sub floor and underlaymentInstructions were ignored and the sub-floor was not properly leveled, which is an added service that I paid for Failure to follow the instructions has now cost me my lifetime warranty that came with the productImproper installation was brought to the attention of both salesperson and the owner himselfOwner attempted to bribe me $to not fix a

All problem are associated with kitchen restoration.Electrical outlets left open with wiring disconnected without ability to replace outlet dut to backsplash installation Dishwasher mounting installation faulty; falls forward when door opened Dishwasher runs but no water flows When valve turned on immediate leakage under sink Cabinet doors out of alignment Stove left disconnected and right side of stove scratched and dented and mounting stands that came with stove missing Crown molding poor quality Door jamb to basement missing Initially they sent a representative to verify my complaints Their representative asked is I had paid in full Upon hearing that I had paid they told me that they would make things right I made many attempts to contact contractor to rectify problem and was told they were too busy and would get with me after the holidaysMy house and garage was left with construction debris that they failed to resolve I’ve yet to hear from them as they

The following is my personal feedback of my condo renovation projectNationwide is a good and responsible contracting Firm that I find I can trust for any type of jobThe main reason why I choose Nationwide is because of the Project Manager, KhizarKhizar was the only contractor that did all of the initial measurements in detail the first time we met at the propertyActually, if I recall correctly, he had to reschedule our initial appointment for some reason or another, so initially I thought that "this company is not professional" However, given the professionalism they displayed when they showed up at my door, the 3-D CAD model they provided for my kitchen remodel, (Actually it's very easy for a contractor to do a 3-D CAD model, but Nationwide Construction was the only contractor that provided this service), and being that the company was okay with the project manager meeting with me at the local Home Depot store for material recommendations and selections for the project as I was purchasing them myself with the exception of the kitchen cabinets and counter-topsIn retrospect, if the project manager had not been Khizar, but someone else, I probably would have chosen another contractor because Nationwide actually did not win the bidding for priceThere was another contractor that came in at a significantly lower price for the entire project, but I still went with Nationwide because I felt very comfortable with my Project Manager Khizar as he was honest, upfront, and easy to work withAll in all I liked the kitchen cabinets a lot and I can tell they are all well-finished, and I think the Bathroom turned out phenomenalWhen choosing a company for a home renovation project it is very important for the project manager and or estimator to give good advice to their customers when choosing materials and matching colors because customers are not experienced in that regard, so the project manager should help with that and I think Khizar did a very good job at thatI felt that the staff at Nationwide Construction were nice, friendly, and I can see that they worked very hard for the project to turn out the way it did and I appreciate their hard work a lotTo make sure keeping the high standard of Nationwide, my suggestion would be change a countertop company next time, they just suckTo be honest, I think I am a very easy-going customer and I do not have many requests and complaintsAll in all, I think staff at Nationwide Construction were very professional and I enjoyed working with themI would definitely recommend Nationwide to other people if they need renovations done in their homeAll the best on all future projects!
