Ken's 4 Season Lawn Care, Landscape, Snow Plowing and Property Management

Contracted with Ken, owner of Ken's Season to erect a ftCedar Fence on 5/1/and to fill all bald spots in grass with topsoil and seed Agreement was to get wood from Home Depot and installment within business daysWood was purchased from Menards per the receiptsThe fence was finally finished on 5/27/and last topsoil and seeding was completed on 6/2/15, and the final payment was made that day Ken had to be called several times to get the job completed On 5/29/15, Ken was called regarding one gate started sagging and one gate was dragging and needed to be cut off at the bottom On 5/27/15, I informed Ken that some of fence pieces he put up was warped and I wanted them replaced and he did replace them The lock on one of the gates failed on 6/11/and I sent Ken a text asking him to replace it, which he did on 6/30/The wood continues to split and pieces are warped and screws are still sticking out and I asked him on several occasions to take care of these issues but that hasn't happenedKen no longer responds to my text or phone calls I have kept a record of my attempts to contact him and his last response was on 9/9/and he said he would replace the panels within days and that did not happen He has received payment by bank checks which have come back not paid to Ken's Season, but other individuals instead of his company I have all documentation to substantiate this review A+ rating should be changed to reflect this company's attitude and lack professionalism toward its' customers

Ken's Season is a very highly professional company that offer a wide area of lawn maintenance, landscape construction and renovation this company has plowed my company, my resident and all my apartment complexes I would recommend Ken's Season to any one that looking for a great company to work with
