I spoke with [redacted] from the company and he stated that he will be willing to go to the store and purchase another disposal and forward the consumer the invoice, store receipt and warranty informationHe would also send a $ [redacted] money order

A customer I have been doing work with for several years, asked me to give her friend a call concerning her garbage disposalI met *** ** ** and
determined she would need a new garbage disposalI explained to her in detail that she would get the same size 1/horse powered garbage disposal that she currently had under her sink and that the trap and drain line would be replacedI quoted her the price of $and stated that I could install the next dayWe were in agreement verbally at this pointShe then asked, “Would you like the check now?” I said, “Sure that would be okay since I will be finished before you get home.”As far as my trustworthiness, *** ** left the door open for me so I could do the work without her being present and she paid me. I did exactly what I said I was going to do and everything is working properly ** ** called and asked for the receiptI asked her why because I thought something was wrongGenerally customers do not ask for the receipts for purchases made by the contractorI told her no problem, to this day I still can’t find the receiptWhen I last spoke with *** I stated to her that I would check with the store to see if they could help me and if I found the receipt, she would be the first to knowThe store can’t help me because I don’t have a transaction numberI did not give her an invoice, thinking the verbal agreement and cancelled check was okay with herI did throw the paperwork away with the box, old garbage disposal, trap and drain line
I stand behind all of my work. Maintaining my integrity, business relations, and Revdex.com rating is extremely important to me I can offer a few solutions: 1# I can put in writing that I will replace garbage disposal if it becomes inoperable in 2yrsCurrent warrant is yr 2# if, customer just wants all the paperwork, I can purchase another disposal and give her the paperwork and receipt#Let *** ** decide a new price and I take a loss but maintain my integrity

He did expain the same horse power disposal would be installed. He did not install the same quality / brand but rather the cheapest on the market. I had a ***. He never stated the trap and drain line would be replaced - that is an untrue statement. I was not in a rush to have the disposal replaced and I staed I was available the end of the month, however, he wanted to install the next day. I wanted to compare prices but becuase he was referred by a friend I trusted him and went along with the date. I did offer the check at that time ONLY AFTER HE SAID FOR ME TO LEAVE A CHECK ON THE COUNTER IN THE MORNING. There is no difference in that night or the next morning. The point is I paid in full up front before the work was perfomed as he REQUESTED. The trustworthiness issue I mentioned in my complaint was the fact he would not give me a receipt nor warranty for the disposal and work performed. As a customer I do not appreciate being questioned as to why I want or deserve a receipt. I always receive receipts for parts and work performed. To think or say otherwise is totally ridiculous. No one pays for services, parts or labor without recieving paperwork, documentation or receipts. He told me he paid for the disposal on his credit card, therefore, there would be a copy availabe through the credit card company. As I have stated, if the disposal stops working or breaks I have NO recourse. I shouldn't have to beg for this. In my opinion #and #are not solutions to the complaint they are expectations of work performed by a trustworthy business. This is not a special request. I want a receipt and documentation. When work is performed and paid for a receipt and warranty are provided withought having to ask four times then complain to the Revdex.com. As far as the comment in #the price of for labor to install a disposal is overpriced. The going rate for installation is to
