Used the Carpet Cleaning ServiceMr Vincent O [redacted] and his son came out and pretreated and steam cleaned Bedrooms and as he requested cash or check, I paid by cashI asked for a receipt as I needed it to maintain my Carpet WarrantyHe claimed he was out of receipts and would email it to meWhen I did not receive it I requested it twice more and still have not received a receipt The carpet cleaning itself was OK, but he left a watery mess in front of each bedroom door, that he could have cleaned up before he leftBut he was anxious to leave, I guessI WILL NOT USE THIS SERVICE AGAIN AND STRONGLY RECOMMEND THAT READERS OF THIS DO NOT AS WELL

Yes we spoke with [redacted] and I told him that we would be running late because of the jobs that we had scheduled before him I spoke with him personally and Kept in touch with him there the whole process I admit we were late because of The job before him took us longer than expected but we did get there and did the job his wife said the job was great and paid us $ it would be nice if we could make every appointment on time without any mess ups but things do happen and for this I apologize but I don't think we should get a bad [redacted] because of this I even offered to reimburse him some of his money but never heard back from him

Bad decision to go with Keep it Clean. *** gave me a quote over the phone of $75.00 firm out the door to carpet clean a 2 bedroom apartment. Saying he was giving me the deal of a lifetime if I paid cash. When [redacted] showed up the price jumped from $75.00 to $140.00 because there were a few stains. I had the place cleared out and vacuumed before he showed up. He said it was chemical costs. He settled for $130.00 which was $55.oo higher than his quote. If I didn't need it done today I would have told the jerk to rake his business elsewhere. [redacted] and Keep it Clean are very shady in his they do business and I will not recommend them to anyone. By the way it took him only 20 minutes to do the job because I already had everything cleared out. $130.00 for 20 minutes of work not a bad living. I would give 0 stars if I could.

Vince is a super nice guy and did a very nice job on my carpet and my tile looks great, too! Would definitely recommend him to family or friends

I would not recommendThe owner/manager Vince was unable to recall my appointment then said he left his schedule at homeHe said they would arrive between 10-and even after speaking to him twice for my address and saying they would be there soon, they showed up at 12:I didn't get a receipt from the tech because he told me to call and they will email the receiptSo I called and then the same owner/manager Vince asked why I didn't get a receipt and asked if I paid cashOverall it was an annoying experienceThe tech was in our apartment for minutes maxThis was not worth $67, $tax and $tipBut oh well

Had my carpets cleaned a week prior and they already looked dingy Vince came and did the whole upstairs and redid the living room and it looks better than before we moved here ! Definitely saving this number for future services ! Great pricing you can't beat!

Keep It Clean did a terrific job cleaning my carpets! My carpet hasn't been this clean ever. With 5 kids, carpets can get get pretty dirty. High traffic areas are spotless and stains from spills are gone. Technician was kind and professional and price was very reasonable. Thank you Keep It Clean!

So we needed a some carpet cleaning done and I found this add for 67.00 and thought wow that's a good deal but when the tech got to my house there was no truck mounted machine like the add said so I should have just said no from the start but I said let's do it anyways. This guy started buffing my carpet and said that the pad he uses gets the carpet clean not the case at all I would not recommend this company to anyone

I would highly recommend Keep It Clean. Vince and his team do quality work and their prices are great. I had my floors and area rugs cleaned and couldn't be happier with the results and level of service they offered. They did an exceptional job and I will definitely be using them again.
