Review: hondapartsforless.com advertised that they sell genuine honda parts. I purchased alternator for my 1998 honda accord for $235.08. The genuine honda alternator is manufactured by [redacted]. The alternator that I received was not made by [redacted], moreover it was a re-manufactured alternator. Therefor I returned the alternator in the same box to the same address and paid $14.00 (approx.) for shipping. I emailed the exact shipping amount to Hondapartsforless.com and asked for a refund including my shipping cost. Hondapartsforless had neither replied back to the email nor are returning the phone calls.Desired Settlement: Please help me get my refund.

Review: In 2009, my husband and I purchased a 2006 Honda [redacted] from Keenan Honda in [redacted]. The salesman discussed purchasing a warranty for $1190. The terms of the warranty included a full refund if the warranty was not used. It was suggested that we only use the warranty for major repairs because there is no refund once used.In 2010, we took the car to the dealership for servicing. The advisor, [redacted], called to notify me of the needed work and the cost. I approved and picked up the car later that day. Not once did **. [redacted] indicate the repairs were anything other than replacing a mirror and wear and tear. He never mentioned work being covered by the warranty.When we purchased the car and the warranty, we were told the refund would be sent to us it wasnt, you have to request a refund. Since we were unaware of the need to request a refund, we were late with the paperwork. I spoke to [redacted] in the finance department who stated we can still submit our request. Once the paperwork was submitted, we were informed that we would not receive a refund because they was a claim made on the warranty. After reviewing our receipts, we found out that the advisor, **. [redacted] had took it upon himself to submit a warranty claim without asking us even when we dropped off the car and made it clear we did not want to use the warranty unless there was a major expense. **. [redacted] never discussed a warranty claim we he called to discuss the needed work or when we picked up the car. We will never buy another car from Keenan Honda. And we recommend no one purchasing this warranty .Desired Settlement: A full refund and stop all mailings to my house
