Review: We paid $250 for Kathy to preserve and frame the flowers from our wedding. That was 2 years ago. After multiple emails and multiple calls from both of our phones they have never responded, delivered our flowers, or made and attempt to contact us.Desired Settlement: We would like a refund of our $250 and our flowers returned to us.

Review: I have tried to reach Kathy numerous times over the past three years to obtain my products she was making for me. I have 7 funeral arrangements and one bouquet from a wedding I attended that she was supposed to freeze dry my flowers and arrange them in a frame and I was to receive these. I have never received a phone call back or an email back. I have dealt with her in the past and she was wonderful, for her to do this to me now is shocking and I would like my flowers. ThanksDesired Settlement: I would like to obtain all of my framed freeze dried flowers, all 8 arrangements. Thank you
