I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
How come neckless will be missing which in the bathroom counter? It must be the person entered in the room who did cleaning took it. [redacted] explanation is not convincing and he tried to pushed away the responsibility by saying they will file police report and many attempts he then said we will need to file policy report ourself. After we file police report, he said he will contact the policy report to get more detail information and get back to us but he never did. ** is only response when we called General Manager. He told us he will check internal record and we do not see his report neither the correspondence which ** told us he will do?This is totally not acceptable business practice at all. Hotel shall responsible guest property is safe all time.
