Very disappointedI called Servpro (703-440-4071) at 11:30am and scheduled an appointment for after 5pmWhen I called back at 4:30pm to confirm my appointment window they had no record of my call! Really.....that is bad business

Offer mediation? Actually evaluate my claim and communicate with me or the business? Please reply by email, I am out of the country on business right now I feel like all I have done is wasted a month and now have to turn to legal action. *** ***

The Revdex.com / [redacted]Response to complaint ID#[redacted]Owner – [redacted] Tenant – [redacted]Regarding the complaint filed by [redacted] to the Revdex.com, we (SERVPRO of Fairfax/Vienna/Oakton) have the following comments. SERVPRO acknowledges...

responsibility for causing the dispersal of particulate matter within the duct system, such as dust and dirt. SERVPRO, however, discovered excessive mold, dust and dirt in HVAC system and additional mold growth on structural components in the basement. Since particulate matter and other contamination already pre-existing in ducts, SERVPRO is not responsible for its creation or clean up. In order to address the dispersal of the above mentioned particulate matter, we (SERVPRO) sent out “crews” on four separate occasions to re-clean the affected area according to industry standard. However, this effort was short –circuited by the intervention of the owner, who acquired other sources for mold remediation. SERVPRO made a “good faith” effort for resolution of the problem by offering mold remediation and elimination of other contaminants for “free”. This offer was rejected by owner.With respect to resolution of this problem, we are now at an impasse concerning payment of debts incurred by owner and all previous settlement offers is now withdrawn. Thank you Patrick P[redacted] Business Development Manager Kalpesh P[redacted] Franchise Owner
