Review: Overcharged for labor. Was quoted 3 hours labor for 2 workers.Workers came and did the job -- they arrived after 0830 and were finished and left before 1100; this was witnessed by myself and my wife as we were home. We were billed for 9 hours of labor or in other words 4.5 hours labor for each worker. I called to complain and to explain the overcharge for labor to [redacted] the owner of the company. He said that he would re-submit the bill. A new bill came and they only took off 1 labor hour.Basically they are charging me 4 hours for each worker and it took between 2 and 2 1/2 hours. They charge for drive and load time but I only live 10 minutes away and supplies were very minimal and could not have taken much time to load. labor is 65$/hr per each worker -- so billed for 8 hours but should be 5 hours. Overbilled by 195 dollars.Desired Settlement: They should refund 195 dollars.
