How about you call our office so we can try to work out this issueThe account is closed we will never go to your house .The address has been flagged to never service now or in the future. I apologize that you were charged for completed contractual agreed services

I am not satisfied with the business response since they were unable to determine the hole or system glitchIt was indicated that my account would be zeroed out on response dated 06/15/I am requesting documentation from business that my account does not have an outstanding balance due and has not been sent to collectionsI have also received another notice via mail this week of balance still remaining on account and that it would be sent to collections

The cancellations have been received, and the only account we have for this customer shows no recurring services and that it has been officially canceled. A Supervisor has been made aware of the lack of communication and will be addressing this issue in an all-hands office meeting to assure this...

will not happen in the future to any of our customers. The same supervisor will be going through the account in great detail to find the hole or glitch in it. The previous balance will be removed, and the account zeroed out.  I am unable to identify the issue with the system, but can guarantee it will be zeroed out today. I do apologize that this issue was found in this manner, and will be addressing it today.
