We apologize for the customers’ displeasure of this refundThis order was originally placed and fulfilled on 11/8/We were contacted on 8/2/regarding returning the front drivers side for a warranty refund, at that time we sent an email providing a return shipping label and informing them that "Any shipping expenses incurred on original delivery, even with free shipping will be deducted from the refund.” This is in accordance with our return policy on our website which states the following: To initiate a warranty claim please contact a Customer Care Representative at [redacted] .All warranty returns require a Return Authorization number and are subject to inspection.A copy of your original purchase receipt or packing slip must be included with the returnAll outbound shipping costs paid by AJUSA.com are deducted from the refund, even if the order ships with Free ShippingCustomer is responsible for all return shipping costsAJUSA.com or its manufacturers will not refund return shipping costs, any labor or installation charges*Any damage incurred during installation, or improper use of the product will void any warranty and/or eligibility to be returned*AJUSA.com may request images to show any damages, or verify incorrect items were received before authorizing a warranty return.*When sending any items in for a warranty evaluation, neither AJUSA.com nor the Manufacturer guarantees the items to be covered under warrantyUpon receipt if the product is found to be free of any manufacturer defects, we will contact you to see if you want to have the item returned to you at your cost, otherwise the product will be discarded.We do not want to lose a customer over $We will process a refund of the shipping costs, $11.79, immediately for the customer

To Whom It May Concern: Unfortunately this order does not qualify for a refund under the guidelines of our return policyOur Website clearly states that any returns cannot be installed and must be in original condition as stated here https://www.ajusa.com/shipping-policy/Again this policy clearly states the following as previously explained: "The returned item, its packaging, and instructions MUST be received in re-sellable conditionRe-sellable condition means that the item needs to be returned in its original condition with no scratches, tears, marks, or blemishesWe will not accept a return of any items that have been installed, altered or modified in any way." This item has been installed in the customer's vehicle and is therefore not in re-sellable condition and does not qualify for a return.
