We had a really good experience with this companyOur salesman, Cody, was very knowledgeable and informative about the different types of products we could use to replace our existing single-pane windowsHe was able to bring samples to our home and went over in detail what bells and whistles come with each product lineWe went with the Milgard vinyl low-e with argon and they are gorgeous and operate very smoothlyAll calls to the office were handled with courtesy and professionalism, any time we left messages our calls were promptly returnedThe installation crew (Richard was the team leader) was on time, considerate, took the extra time to make sure everything was installed to their high expectations, and they cleaned up after themselvesWe are very happy with the services and product provided by this company and highly recommend them

I was initially very happen with the windows however after installation I discovered they placed plastic siding around the windows with no insulationI had large gaps where I could reach outsideI called K and J and they sent someone outHe fixed one ser of windows and looked at the others stating they were fine but not installed how we would install themToday another plastic surround on a different window came loose and no insulation there eitherI would never use them again as I replaced these windows for energy efficiency and have only a piece of plastic surround keep the my interior from my exteriorWhile the windows are nice the installation is horrible quality

K & J Windows performed flawlessly. They removed and reinstalled all of the windows and sliding glass doors in my house. They pay attention to the smallest of details and really care about making sure the customer is completely satisfied. Search no further, K & J Windows is a great window company!!

My wife and I had some major remodeling done in our back yard and had been thinking about some new windows on the back elevation only. As we considered this more we decided to get estimates for the entire house.

We met with several window companies for estimates and options. With met with Tony L. and were very pleased with his expertise and patience with us ;) I think we went through 5 or 6 variations which changed the proposal each time. Tony was very accommodating and we made the decision to move forward with a whole house window replacement.

Final measurements were taken before the order was placed and we were given an install date. There were a few times I needed to call the office and Jessica was very helpful and answered all our questions. Our window installation began the EXACT DAY & TIME it was scheduled (we are painting contractors and know how difficult scheduling is so this was very impressive for us).

They told us it would take 3 days to complete. It took 2 3/4 days. Zeb and his crew did a fantastic job. The windows look great and installation went extremely well. Window replacements aren't inexpensive. But we are very happy we took this step as we plan on staying on our home for a very long time.
