Paid for upper ball joint both side parts, sway bar link parts, used tire, balance and alignment and they wanted to charge me again to fix issue
4/30/went to get a used tire, balance, and alignment.I was told the ball joints and sway bar links were bad.Had them replace items they advised were bad.Was there from 9:15am-1:15pm.Took them a while to get alignment.Paid $390.86.Car was worse than when I took it to them.Popping noises could be heard while driving.Sounded like the front end would fall completely. On 5/7/16, my neighbor whose a mechanic took my GMC Envoy back to business advising them they didn't do it right as the upper ball joints had gaps that shouldn't have been there and advised them that they should have noticed when having issues with trying to align they should have spotted the lower ball joints were bad too. That they need to fix the problem. They wanted to charge me again to fix.My neighbor told them they would fix free of charge since they didn't do it right t

Second, it was never mentioned about lower ball joints. What was stated to me was the ball joints and sway bar links were bad and that getting an alignment with those items bad an alignment wouldn't be accurate so it would be best to have ball joints and sway bar fixed in order to have the alignment correct. The only reason I decided to say yes on fixing the ball joints and sway bar links was because just that morning my neighbor who is a mechanic for the county had mentioned my sway bar links needed to be replaced. After I spent over 4 hours there and $390 dollars later my car sounded like the entire front end would fall off; so my neighbor took my car back the next Saturday so that they wouldn't take advantage of a female. My neighbor called me from the shop with the owner and employees right there because I could hear them talking. My neighbor said that they would fix but wanted to charge me again. My neighbor told them he would fix what they messed up, left the business, and advised me to file a complaint against them because as they were underneath my car looking at the issues, my neighbor was also underneath and pointed out the lower ball joints. My neighbor advised the owner and employees why they didn't they change all the ball joints as the lower ball joints were just as bad as the upper and they should have spotted that while looking at my vehicle the first time it was brought to them. He also advised that how could they charge me for an alignment when they couldn't align it as my car isn't equipped with Camber and Casters but they charged me $200 for an alignment anyway.I then went to Autozone and purchased the lower ball joints; so another $100.My neighbor put on the lower ball joints. While finishing up putting the lower ball joints we notice that the upper ball joints that I paid for that so called company to put on had NO GREASE in them so my neighbor had to put grease into them. When we saw the upper ball joints were not done correctly we started looking at the sway bar parts I also paid that company to put on and both sway bar parts had like the upper ball joints NO GREASE and were also not even tightened! This is what was causing all the popping noises and why it sounded like my front end would fall off. My neighbor tightened the sway bar parts plus also put grease in those as well.I no longer need them to fix their screw up since my neighbor has fixed the issues; but, I do request that I get refunded at least $200 out of the $390 I gave them since they charged me for an alignment that they couldn't even do since my vehicle doesn't have the Camber and Casters. They can keep the money I paid for the used tire and the parts; however, charging me for something they couldn't even do is ridiculous and I expect to be refunded for it, and will never go back to that establishment.Final Business Response at that day when she cam we were 4 people working and all of them seen her when we called her inside the shop, all of us laiers and she the one right ??? and she asking for refund on something we never done to her???? she dosent tell the truth and trying to get free money for something we never don to her. and again without the receipt we print for her I am not responding any more, thank you for your understanding, every thing she saying is a lie all I can say. thanks again.
