I am rejecting this response because: I will contact the *** *** of the state of ct about these people lie to cover there buttsthe make up stuff like tha fact they say im a contractor the manager *** knows where I work if fact he asked me for a discout on auto parts for his truck!! and as far as the warrenty I contacted you when it still had weeks left on the warrenty.! *** and his wife who runs the store lie and cheat good people so
im done with this !

Appliances, we offer a days warranty on parts and labor at no additional cost to customersThe said customer is a repeat customer and has shopped with KJ Brands on several occasions for household appliances, as he has represented himself as a contractor/Landlord and has received additional discounts offered only to Contractors/LandlordsThe purchase made was a packaged deal of a Fridge, Electric Range, and Dishwasher which was discounted by 10% to 12%Before purchasing the said customer came in several times and inspected and compared the appliances of interest, also engaged in phone conversations with his wife before purchasingAll used appliances are reconditioned and cleaned before being placed on saleAll customers are fully aware of the appliances that they are purchasing, and are NEVER cohersed in any form of way to purchase, as no employee of this said business is paid off commissionThe customer set up after business hours service based off his schedule, which was accommodated by KJ Brands LLc, after which it was discovered that a "defrost Sensor" was neededThe customer refused further services from KJ Brands LLc which would have solved all issues regarding the applianceKj Brands LLc went one step ahead and offered the customer a replacement unit of equal or better value, which was also refused by the customerKJ Brands LLc stamps a copy of warranty on ALL completed receipt transactions, warranty policies on all appliances sold at this business is also posted on the wall in clear view for customers to read and verifyAt this time the said customer is out of warrantyThis customer is a repeat customer and was so pleased with KJ Brands LLc that he "tipped" the sales-person for excellent services

This is a another response to the false accusations being made by the customer. The customer's initial complaint was made about "frost" to the rear of the fridge. Services under warranty were performed on the Fridge. Upon completing the service it was stated and agreed that the Fridge needed a new sensor, which was to be provided and installed at no extra cost under warranty. The customer refused to have further services done, and demanded a "New" unit in place of a "Reconditioned Fridge" which has never stopped working. As the company stated before, the customer received additional discounts as he represented himself as a "Contractor" and stated the he ran several properties. This particular customer has purchased many appliances and has always received excellent services. As also stated before, the customer was so pleased with our services that he "tipped" the sales person whom he has dealt with on many occasions. These complaints are fraudulent, and publicly calling us thieves and attempting to defame the character of this company must stop!

I am rejecting this response because: these people are liars and theives  the discout she gave me was because I bout 3 items aas I stated in my complaint.as for refusing service how could I called 63 times and there was no answer!!!!!  someone needs to shut these people down  so the citizens are protected from being robbed by these types of stores.if you offer a warrenty and dont honnor it you should be finned and shut out of the town your store is in.

Review: I went to kj brands looking for some kitchen appliances ,I wanted a new fridge , stove and dish washer on 12/27/14

the woman who helped me said why buy new when she had all of the in new scratch and dent models. I explained to her

that I take a medication that had to stay refridgerated at alltimes and I dont want to take a chance with a scatch and dent fridge

but the other two would be fine. she assured me that the fridge she had was new it was just scratched on the side and would work fine,so

I said ok.they deliverd the appliances and installed the fridge. first thing they plug it in the inside lights dont work ,they said the circut board

had a failure so the ordered one and replaced it two weeks later.a week after tha the fridge was making a loud noise so I called they to comeout and fix it

it took 7 calls for them to return my call to come out and look at it ,the guy [redacted] was here 3 hours and said the 3 sensors were no good and he would have to replace them but he only had 2 on his truck. he said he would order the1 he didnt have but he cleaned the one that was there and it would be fine.then he told my wife and myself if we had any more problems with the fridge hed would give us a brand new one in its place for our hassle.Before heleft he told us the sensor was dirty and causing the freeze to frezze up and the ice was getting in the impleller and blocking the tube for cooling the fridge. I explained to him I have 10000.00 worth of medicine in the fridge and I cant keep having problems with the fridge and take a chance in loosing the medicine.he said it would be fine and again he said he would give us a new fridge if it happens again.3 weeks later the same problem happens again I called [redacted] and asked him to come out and look at fridge as soon as possibe he told me he would meet me at 4pm at my house, at 4:30 I tried to call him and he did not answer the phone.

I calledthe next day still he didnt answer the phone so I went down there he was not there his employee said he would have him call me I explained again about my medicine he told me he would call him asap.he didnt call us back again so my wife and I went to [redacted] and bought a new fridge. ALL WE WANT IS OUR MONEY BACK IT WAS 473.00 FOR THE FRIDGE

THE BAD FRIDGE IS STILL IN OUR WAY IN OUR KITCHEN AND IS STILL UNDER THE WARRENTY WITH KJBRANDS BUT NOW WE HAVE CALLED THEM 63 TIMES AND NO ONE WILL CALL US BACK!!! HOW CAN THESE PEOPLE SELL A FRIDGE WITH A WARRENTY THE PROMIS A NEW FRIDGE AND TAKE OUR MONEY AND WE ARE OUT ALL THE WAY AROUND.Desired Settlement: WE WANT OUR 473.00 BACK PLUS WE WANT HIMTO COME GET HIS FRIDGE OUT OF OUR HOUSE.

THESE PEOPLE ARE SO DISHONEST!!

Review: We are having problems with everything. I have multiple texts saved for delivery as no one was answering the phone at the store and the voice mail box was full. Washer/Dryer and refridgerator were finally delivered. They were all used items but were 'in working order' and with a one year warranty.

The Dryer does not work and I called for repair service. He was supposed to show up today 12/10/15 at 10 am. I tried calling at 10:30 am and got a recording "This number is no longer accepting phone calls". I am Irrate and would like my money back. Luckily they were purchased on a business [redacted] so I should be able to get refund through them.Desired Settlement: The best solution would be a full refund. They may have the three items back if they pick up after refund.

Review: I purchased a washer and dryer set from KJ Brands on Feb 2, 2013. Upon purchase, I received a 90 warranty from KJ Brands for parts, labor or exchange of washer or dryer in the event of equipment malfunction. About a week after receiving the washer and dryer the dryer began to malfunction. The heating element was not functioning properly and each load had to be dried 2 or 3 times. I initially contacted KJ Brands on or about Feb 20th, 2013. Many times my calls went unanswered and I was unable to leave a voicemail because the voice mailbox was full. I finally was able to reach a representative named, John, who reported that someone would be out to service the dryer "before the end of the month." That never happened. I contacted KJ Brands a number of times and was reassured that someone would be out on the morning of Wed. March 13th. I was scheduled to be at work by 11am, which I told John, and he once again reassured me that someone would be out to service the washer before I had to be at work. Again, no one showed up. Today, I contacted John again and he informed me that "One of the techs might be able to come out tomorrow because we have a delivery in New London, but I can't make any promises." I am sure that this company is just waiting for the warranty to lapse so that they do not have to repair or replace the dryer. This is truly unacceptable customer service.
