K C Halsey Collision

Took car in. Was told the car was covered under warranty. [redacted] said it would be paid for by warranty company. Never signed to have work done or agreed to pay any costs. After 2 months, car was not paid for by warranty and we did not ok repairs. [redacted] is holding vehicle hostage and charge an additional $1K in storage fees. Will not release vehicle to me or the lot I purchased the vehicle. Threatening to place lien on car for unauthorized repairs.
