K and A Auto Sales

In October of 2013 I bought a car from this car lot. I paid straight out cash ($1000) for the car so I don't owe any money on it. I was told I would have the title within 2 weeks. I have went there on numerous occasions asking about my title always with a different excuse. Then on January 31st 2013 I had a accident,someone hit me and I was not at fault but there was damage done to the car. The other drivers' insurance company is making a settlement that I get $1000 and get to keep the car but I had to send them a copy of the title which I do not have. I went back down to the car lot and told them my issue and they "now" want to take the car back and give me $1000 back, I told them I didn't want to do that because the insurance company is offering me $1000 and I get to keep my car and they said to give them until 1/17/2014 to get the title, I called on this date and they still said it hasn't came in. It don't take almost 5 months to get a title,I can not even renew my plates without the title and they are doing nothing to do anything about it.
