Tech. somehow fried my Wi-Fi thermostat during the heat pump and air exchange installation ( he didn't turn off the circuit breaker in the house?). They had a basic thermostat in the truck and was told it was a temp until a proper replacement was ordered. Went into shop and was told they were ordering a Wi-Fi unit at that moment and would be in in a week. Stopped by two weeks later and was given an attitude and they asked if the temp unit was working. This was four months ago.
